All the wars the US fights are PRE-FUNDED. They are all on a PRE-PAID basis. The DoD routinely over charges a stupid or corrupt congress. They have illicit savings in the TRILLIONS, accumulated over time, which WALL STREET GETS THE PRIVILEGE "to play with" and grow, like an endowment. The select blue blood families on Wall Street DoD, and certain lobby groups, get to siphon off the interest/vigorish on this endowment FOR FREE! This illicit money colors and corrupts everything in our culture: hollywood, tv, sports, finance and economics, industry. The Pentagon endowment is bigger than any civilian pension fund, college endowment, by miles.

Catherine Austin Fitts is well known in many circles, especially for (along with Richard Dolan) coining the term “break away” civilization … referring to the oligarchs who are sequestering very advanced technology for themselves and refusing to disclose it to the rest of us.

She is best known for being the Secretary of Housing in the Bush (41) Administration (1989-1992), the discovery that large swaths of her dept. budget were being taken away and directed toward covert “black” unacknowledged special access programs (USAPs). She became a whistle-blower, was sent into the “wilderness”, suffered murder attempts, etc. These are some interviews where she speaks about the above subject matter ("missing trillions" and the covert military black ops dealing with exotic technologies).

From 2014: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VM-NEcWhj4c&sns=em

From 2013: Dancing with the Breakaway Civilization https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UCHU7ohTNCs

During the 2013 Youtube, at the 49 minute mark she talks about ET ships 70,000 miles long that were apparently harvesting something from the rings of Saturn … from one of her military witnesses. At the time of her making that statement it represented the third report I have received about a large ET craft presence around Saturn and/or the sun.

Where I do not share her opinion is when she starts vaguely implying that 'perhaps the missing trillions are going to a secret space program because the oligarchs know about some otherwordly threat we do not and they intend to fight it off'. She doesn't come right out and say that, but has implied it several times.

Nevertheless, I think she offers a unique perspective on the "missing trillions" you mentioned above.

Lets hope it does not lead to global militarism

“I occasionally think how quickly our differences worldwide would vanish if we were facing an alien threat from outside this world.” https://www.reaganlibrary.gov/archives/speech/address-42d-session-united-nations-general-assembly-new-york-new-york?fbclid=IwAR2VK7BgfsdGbrUJvpyCCfjefF2AucLOAKTQuCbqMHq_mBPvuQf8ZRedE-c

The fact that I have heard other world leaders saying things along a similar lines in recent times (regarding how 'helpful' a perceived threat from outside this world would be in consolidating power and ensuring cooperation between nation states) is a little unnerving to me. Especially when one considers the historical use of psychological warfare operations by various military powers to influence the public towards similar ends. False flag operations ( known by the military as: "deceptive indication and warning operations") have been used many times before. The RMS Lusitania, the Reichstag fire, the Gulf of Tonkin and of course September 11, 2001.

Given the extremely advanced technology at the disposal of organizations like the DOD, NSA (and various U.S.A.P.-s operating under the umbrella of the US Airforce) I would say that the capability does exist to orchestrate the manufacturing of a perceived threat of that type. For people who want to perpetuate military spending and further consolidate power in the hands of the few on Earth, such a thing may be their end game. Only time will tell.

While I agree that the oligarchs see the majority of humanity as disposable your humorous hypothetical portrays interstellar capable cultures in an anthropomorphized fashion and that is illogical.

The idea of hostile, marauding, slave taking or abducting aliens is a fabricated and fallacious idea that has been implanted in the mass psyche intentionally through an array of psychological operations.

If you look at the long history of psyops and false flags (see: the “Blood libels” for one example) and then extrapolate the potential use of the kind of material people like Linda Moulton Howle are putting out in that context, you can begin to see how MILABS and staged mutilations (being blamed on ETs) can serve a very specific purpose. The same type of irrational fear based psychological warfare material is in most films and tv shows.

We have been conditioned by the movies and media to be apprehensive about the idea of interstellar civilizations visiting the earth but when you really think about it logically, the fear of 'invading aliens' does not make any sense.

Interstellar civilizations are indeed here (and have been visiting here for a long time) though the only threat in this equation, is us. Humans have a very violent, arrogant, egocentric and greedy track record in how we deal with each other and our fellow beings.

Being capable of travelling amongst the stars, interstellar visitors are ancient races of beings that would have seen the development of many worlds as they transition through this turbulent stage that humanity is going through now. Despite our violent, short sighted, fearful and sometimes down right idiotic behavior, we are living conscious beings and I feel that you don’t get to their stage of technological, social and likely spiritual development (being capable of interstellar travel) without coming to cherish and respect all life. The apparent sightings of the interstellar and inter-dimensional vehicles that have been going on world wide may be part of some kind of intentional acclimatization process (on the part of the interstellar visitors), allowing for the gentle introduction of this reality in the consciousness of humans.

Some would have you believe that there are “Good” guys and “Bad” guys in space. They describe the interstellar community like the 'wild west' and some even claim humans have a secret space force that’s going to save the day from 'evil aliens'. Come on people, don’t be naïve. If there were Interstellar civilizations here that wanted this planet or anything on it, it would be over by now. There would be no need for sneaking about and doing nasty clandestine activities. They would possess the capability to shut down any form of resistance humans attempted, with ease.

I agree completely.

Long ago, I asked myself why alien creatures from outer space would necessarily be antagonistic. I came to the same conclusions you did here.

One excuse for the common assumption that they would be is because that's what we are, so we're projecting.

Thanks for reading and for the thoughtful comment Susan. I would like to clarify that I am not saying every single individual from every interstellar capable civilization is benevolent in their intentions, as there may be some exceptions to that general trend I described above that are also worth accounting for.

The reason I would like to point out that not every single being from elsewhere in the universe necessarily has benevolent intentions is that I have observed that much of humanity has an unhealthy proclivity to look for “savior” figures that they hope will swoop in and save the day and do the hard work for them cleaning up the mess they/we have made. Thus I do not think hoping for our cosmic neighbors to deal with the mess we have allowed to fester to the point it is at now is an advisable path if we want to break the cycles of the past and chart a new course as a civilization. Therefore I share the following.

Through my own research and personal experiences I have come to see that the most advanced and ancient of the interstellar species that are here now appear to be part of a collective of civilizations that work in concert toward their common goals (which among other things) include assisting younger species make the transition into safely moving beyond the confines of their planet and engaging with their neighbors. I have also learned that (though people like Dr. Steven Greer seem to avoid acknowledging this reality) there are less advanced interstellar civilizations which visit (and have visited) here as well (with the members of their species possessing varying degrees of integrity, compassion and social maturity) but these rogues make up a minority and though some of the individual members of these civilizations have engaged in somewhat nefarious activities, these are the actions of rogue criminals, and not representative of the intent nor nature of their respective species (nor the civilization/world they originated from) as a whole.

For instance, I have seen a substantial amount of archeological and other circumstantial evidence that seems to indicate that a limited number of some members of one technologically advanced extraterrestrial civilization in particular, did engage with primitive humans in our ancient past (for selfish reasons).

From the geological, archeological and written documentation evidence I have seen, those rogue individuals (from a specific extraterrestrial culture) likely ended up engaging in a massive war (between factions of their own ‘people’) that involved weapons of mass destruction. (I can provide more in depth info and evidence on this if you are interested).

In recent history there have been several instances where nuclear missiles have been disabled and shut down by luminous spherical or disc shaped craft that arrived at high speed, hovered, shot beams of light which disabled the nukes, and then left at high speed strait up into the upper atmosphere.

In our current times perhaps we are being watched over to prevent this kind of crazy behavior from happening again (regardless of what beings are the ones looking to ‘pull the trigger’ this time around)?

The ancient Vedic texts, Egyptian mythology and Sumarian tablets are not unique in their describing ‘gods’ that came from the sky (or rather, beings that came from the stars).

Some cultures have a very different story to tell about extraterrestrial visitors they interacted with.

Many indigenous peoples all over the world claim cosmic origins, and they give great honor and homage to these “Star Nations.” The Dogon tribe of Africa traces its origins back to the star Sirius. The Stones of Ica, discovered in a cave near Nazca, Peru, are said to be a library of a way of life of ancient peoples who cataloged their astrology, astronomy, geography, and agriculture 60 million years ago. The Lakota, Kiowa, Cheyenne and Hopi all have oral traditions related to their origination from the Star Cluster Pleiades. Stories of other worldly beings are also present in several African legends of creation, like the Zulu people, which means “sky” people. There are plenty of other examples and I can elaborate on that further as well if you are interested.

I point out those historical and cultural perspectives on our cosmic neighbors to highlight the fact that what we are really talking about are myriad different civilizations, each comprised of likely billions or more sentient beings, all capable of using their own free will. So while their general social development and societal fabric may be a lot more mature than human's there is also the potential for some beings from civilizations that are much more close to our level of development (and just barely capable of leaving their solar system) to attempt to interact with people with less than benevolent intentions. While I do not think such hypothetical beings pose any large scale threat to our human family (as they are the equivalent of rogue criminals on the run) I do suggest we should exercise discernment and use our intuition capacities to decide whether or not each being we interact with is deserving of our trust, on an individual basis.

It is my hope that we (as a human family) do not perpetuate the prevalent mentality of the dualistic/judgmental/reactive approach of either demonizing or fearing that which we do not understand, Or looking for savior figures by putting our cosmic neighbors on that same pedestal. So, while I do genuinely believe we have much to learn from our cosmic neighbors and the study of the universe around us, I also believe that the best course of action for ensuring the social and spiritual development of our species is to refrain from putting our energy into hoping some external force will help us but rather take active steps to deal with this mess to the best of our ability on our own, allowing our heart to guide us and moving forward lovingly, humbly, honestly and courageously.

I agree with you on this. I see the core of human behavior in this the old "Shoot first syndrome" that we use against our fellow humans and always against animals and other creatures and the planet for that matter. Doesn't make it right but that's what people do. I think to if a civilization has the capability to travel such vast distances the most they could want from us would be to see if we survive each other!

Pointing your finger accusingly at a subgrouping of humans that are differentiated by anatomy and genetics is a sure path to put yourself in the mind set of the psychopathic oligarchs that believe in eugenics. While historically it was indeed mostly men involved in overt acts of violence and patriarchal oppression, the choice to behave violently, nefariously, selfishly or oppressively is not something that is unique to men, and it certainly is not unique to a specific race of men from a certain geographic region. Falling into that kind of divide and conquer propaganda is exactly what the oligarchs want.

Here in Canada, we know very well how the same indoctrination that can be used to create violent, oppressive, psychotic males, can also be used to create the same kind of behavior and mentality in females.

Yes. Increased militarism will be the answer, no doubt about it. But before that happens…. a rumour.

Just a rumour, George. Not yet publicly announced. I have heard that there is a competition within the CIA ranks of Neocons, Blinkenboys and Nulanders for a much sought after first prize from the prestigious Academy Award (Lies Branch), in 2023. The prize, so it seems being a long term marketing contract for all the mainstream media to the winner of this much sought after competition, a very coveted award indeed, for the most imaginative description (a.k.a. ‘creation') of the supposed contents of the shot down balloons and other hardware from the sky, on the orders of the White House marketing department under the direction of a Joe Biden.

The standard will be high. No doubt about that. So much experience along these lines has been gained for so long that the skills among the MSM, the pubic servants, Congressman and politicians of all colours and allegiances, think tanks, government advisors, political sponsors, military / industrial pressure groups and pharmaceutical giants, all coordinated by the Israel Manager for all US Business are respected the world over. It has become the talk of Hollywood, every studio vying for the right to make a movie called "The Balloons of War". Judges have not been named yet but the New York Times has offered to use their skilled staff, affectionately known internally as "The Fabricators" to decide a winner. No charge.

For expert advice on lies, a US specialty, staff are now in the throes of finding the decision makers in such events as the disgraceful assassination of JFK; any remaining pilots from Israel who may have had a hand in the “terrible mistake” in 1967 in the attack of the USS Liberty; any remaining servicemen involved in the well promoted fantasy in the death and disposal of Bin Laden ("into the sea he goes”); the advertising gurus who came up with the theme of "Weapons of Mass Destruction” that enabled the eventual killing of hundreds of thousands in Iraq and finally, the master fabricators in the Twin Towers Airline Target Practice exhibition. All of the above having been discarded into the pages of (false) history.

Where in the world could you assemble such a qualified list of judges since the early days of Germany's Third Reich.

Presentation will be held either in the AIPAC building, with an introduction on a very large screen by Zelenskyy, fully funded from Tel Aviv, or in the foyer of the CIA in Virginia, film rights having been given to Disney Film Studios as the Masters of Make Believe.

Keep watching. It should be a fantastic example of creative thinking. Won’t be long.

My sources indicate that biological experimentation on recovered ET bodies (and other creepy experiments related to their biology) are more centered around

- Fort Huachuca Arizona (Army Intelligence Headquarters)

– Dulce underground complex

– Pine Gap (underground facility in Australia)

and not in the Nellis range. The Nellis Airforce facilities (S4, S9 and S12 and adjacent facilities such as Pahute Mesa and Area 19, as well as Groom Lake) are more focused on propulsion and DEWs (though they have stored dead ETs off and on).

With regards to networks of corruption and the corporations that are involved in the above described technologies (and other operations such as MILABs) you can look to:

Corporate contractors:

– Battelle (you can thank Catherine Austin Fitts for bringing that one to my attention)

– BDM

– S.A.I.C.

I have long since decided that everything that comes from the US government and US-controlled media is gas-lighting, with the purpose of concealing the truth and/or enabling even more Draconian or nefarious deeds and policies. Actually, I don't think"our" government even pretends it is not gas-lighting any more - the contempt it has for we citizens is out in the open. IMO, the current bullshite "balloon" carnival hype may even be a pretext to start shooting down other countries' satellites. After all, that is what our shiny new Space Force is really all about - US control of space, and thus US control of the skies on Earth. Their mission declaration on their website is a bit sobering. People just paid attention to the new uniforms and whatever.

Well said, their "space force" is yet another vehicle on their intended path to "full spectrum dominance". The Mockingbird repeaters in the msm play a central role in this endeavor. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jonhkFOAR3s

"Operation Mockingbird” was a fully implemented CIA program to spread disinformation throughout American media. CIA Director William Colby testified that over 400 CIA agents were active in the US media to control what was reported through American mainstream television, newspapers, and magazines. This operation may have changed names over the years but the fact is not only is it still alive and well, it has expanded ten fold and now involves manipulation of the so called "entertainment industry" as well.

Daniel P. Sheehan (the man speaking in the video above) is a Constitutional and public interest lawyer. Over the last forty-five years he has participated in numerous legal cases of public interest, including the Pentagon Papers Case, the Watergate Break-In Case, the Silkwood Case and others.

He exposed how the CIA was running operation mockingbird and a covert assassination program (funded by heroin trafficking) to get rid of anyone in the media or government who stepped out of line. These types of 'wetwork' operations remain active to this day.

In 2009 an Associated Press investigation found that at least $4.7 billion was spent that year by the Pentagon on psychological warfare operations aimed at it's own citizens. The Department of Defense admitted to this massive operation which employs between 27,000 and 30,000 government and military employees (which involves what pentagon officials described as "interfacing" with major news media outlets) and is funded by tax dollars. They described these ongoing operations as efforts to "sway public opinion" and according to Department of Defense budgets (along with other documents) this budget would continue to increase (from 4.7 annually to almost double) in coming years. That's almost as much as it spent on body armor for troops in Iraq and Afghanistan between 2004 and 2006. Imagine that, it has now been proven that if you live in the United States you are literally paying your own government to brain wash you. This trend is reflected in the government spending of developed nations all around the world (being more extreme in some areas than others).

Wikipedia defines Psychological warfare as "(having been known by many other names or terms, including MISO, Psy Ops, Political Warfare, and Propaganda. The term is used "to denote any action which is practiced mainly by psychological methods with the aim of evoking a planned psychological reaction in other people." Various techniques are used and are aimed at influencing a target audience's value system, belief system, emotions, motives, reasoning, or behavior. It is used to induce confessions or reinforce attitudes and behaviors favorable to the originator's objectives, and are sometimes combined with black operations or False Flag tactics. Target audiences can be governments, groups, organizations and individuals and is not just limited to soldiers. Civilians can also be targeted by technology and media so as to cause an effect.")"

'False flags' (known by those working in military intelligence as: "deceptive indication and warning operations") have been used many times before. The RMS Lusitania, the Reichstag fire, the Gulf of Tonkin, September 11, 2001.. the list goes on and on.

I suggest that we should use great discernment when we open our hearts and minds to the onslaught of images, ideas, and stories that are projected to us not only by the mainstream corporate media that we know to look out for but also those depictions which may be presented to us under the guise of "entertainment" which are anything but. Many of these depictions are really part of psychological warfare operations and occur in movies, tv shows and yes, are also all over the internet. If you want a blatently obvious example, just check out the 𝗔𝗺𝗮𝘇𝗼𝗻 𝗙𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝗣𝘀𝘆𝗼𝗽 𝗙𝗶𝗹𝗺: "𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗧𝗼𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗿𝗼𝘄 𝗪𝗮𝗿" (𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀 vaccines, 𝗳𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗘𝗧𝘀, 𝗴𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗮 𝗼𝗳 𝗮 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱 𝘁𝗼𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗴𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝘂𝗹𝘀𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗰𝗲)

At this critical fork in the roads, We need to time to be still, and allow our intuition to tell us what is true and what is not.

We stand at the cross roads and one road leads to innovation, exploration, abundance and discovery.. the other leads to totalitarianism.. the choices we make now will determine what path we walk.

What ever the actual stuff up in the sky is (or isn’t) is not as concerning to me as the nature of the scripts that are being handed to the msm mockingbird repeaters and puppets like Trudeau to repeat over and over and push into the public consciousness.

It is interesting this started happening? I mean it would be kind of overt if they were Chinese spy balloons. Ridiculously so, but the fact that they are making a point to bring this to public attention is justification for militarization. That the preemptive mentality will indeed lead to increase defense response and potential war.

My point about this just happening seems coincidental, we could intercept anything off the coast before it reached the US mainland. So they let these things drift around or something? lol. Assuming they are of Chinese origin(I strongly doubt it) The fact that these are occuring frequently is questionable. Why? What is the purpose? There would be less obvious means of intelligence gathering...

The local news indicated that the UFO's weren't aliens, but how would anyone know that unless...they were identified? lol Of course, logically they wouldn't be...but that's to prevent the public from assuming these were anything but enemy items. We randomly shoot down things that we don't know what they are? What next, random birds? Is this how we would spend our defense funds?

I say this against increasing the defense budget and militarization, against war with China. Quite simply, I find the notion ridiculous.

I call it "the Rambo effect" to shoot down things that we don't know what they are.

I agree with that, however it isn't a really good military strategy to simply shoot things down without knowing what they are, it could be dangerous. Strange that our defense really does act like in the movies, however shoot first and ask questions later seem to be the norm in the US.

It seems to me that with the extraordinary deficit that the American budget is experiencing, there can only be a flight into a war economy for the light bulbs in Washington. We must not forget that what really brought America out of the crisis following the crash of 1929 was the Second World War. Since imagination is not the first quality of the so-called governing elite in the West, the old recipes are still used. And what's more, they are once again enriched by them.

Please read Stephanie Kelton's book The Deficit Myth.

I just read the back cover of this book (in French since I am French). If I understand the general idea of this book, a deficit is not a problem. I think you'll have to explain that to the Greeks, for example, who were strangled by the IMF because of their deficit. And certainly, when you're the United States and you've got the whole world financing your colossal deficit with the dollar, an abysmal debt is nothing.

How about being a little serious, don't you think?

Reading the back cover of a book isn't even the Cliff Notes version of what's inside. You have just flaunted your intellectual laziness.

No country can fail to cover its debts if they are in their own currency. The problem that Greece faced was that their debt wasn't in their currency, drachmas, but in Euros, which they do not control.

Moreover, the US debt and the deficit are not the same thing.

Maybe if you strained yourself actually to read a book, you'd learn something.

You are, so often, a clear breath of reason and common sense. There is so little of that going around today. Thank you, much, Ms. J.

Are there no telescopes to use for object identification?

The haunting spectre of communism has transcended the ability to be viewed by telescope. It can only be seen in the heart.

All faked for some nefarious purpose? You know we cannot trust the government under any circumstances. I expect the UFO explanation will be forthcoming shortly before the second coming.

Maybe it was Jeff Bezos and William Shatner flying at 40,000 feet?

Putin and Xi Jinping pilot the flying saucers, not Jeff Bezos and William Shatner.

That or psychedelics.

Too bad it isn't psychedelics. They at least bring some insight.

I think this is simple distraction: the media have a big hole to fill: all the space they would have dedicated to covering the implications of the Sy Hersh revelations about war on Germany. What better than attacks by UFOs!

UFOs blew up the Nord Streams. That's coming up next.

So far the media have claimed that Russia blew up Nord stream. Which is the ultimate in gaslighting their readers.

This is a brilliant analysis; I wish I had thought of it myself. (In the past, I have been able to think of the possibility that the media is mounting a distraction, but I have been busy with my own life.)

It is totally possible that it's all a cover-up of the Sy Hersh revelations.
