That is, what networks of corruption -- including shell companies, money-laundering banks, links to Mossad, and organized crime links of those corporate contractors are involved? All in all, I'd have to say that I'd prefer the agenda of the human-alien hybrids in Roswell.
My sources indicate that biological experimentation on recovered ET bodies (and other creepy experiments related to their biology) are more centered around
- Fort Huachuca Arizona (Army Intelligence Headquarters)
– Dulce underground complex
– Pine Gap (underground facility in Australia)
and not in the Nellis range. The Nellis Airforce facilities (S4, S9 and S12 and adjacent facilities such as Pahute Mesa and Area 19, as well as Groom Lake) are more focused on propulsion and DEWs (though they have stored dead ETs off and on).
