As usual Caitlin nails it. I'm saving this to send to friends and family who keep throwing the 'but trump' at me for supporting Jill Stein. Maybe this piece will show them how ridiculous they look to me. Thanks!

Yvonne. They simply don't care about being ridiculous.

The press move on to something else the next day (more than often on purpose) and until I am told differently, I would be prepared to say that the greatest majority of people in the US still accept the press headlines as gospel and yet are unaware (or choose to be unaware) that the same press are more than capable of changing that headline around to suit the climate, their climate that is, the next day......for a reason. The CIA / FBI / Political manipulators / NYT / CNN / Fox / and on... and on... climate.

The people, or until recently what appeared to be the majority of people (from "surveys") supported the ramblings and ravings of a man called Trump. Nasty comments, his observations on other candidates. They were well reported and damned rude at times but the next day was another day with other subjects of interest and in true media fashion, off they went, all 24 hour old comments then forgotten. They know they will be more today. That's the priority. The media industry requires that to maintain what has now been accepted by most as media credibility.,(2024 style).

There was a time in the past when someone like Trump would not survive after some of the things he has said over time. But these days........

.....anything goes.

Yvonne I will gladly take the chance of another Trump presidency by voting for Stein. I am sick and tired of the lessor of two evils vote. Harris will be the dark skinned female baby killer. I can't stand watching the high fives, cash hauls, and giddy euphoria of Harris/Walz as if happy times are here again. We are financing the slaughter of an entire population. No amount of calls for restraint work anymore. Every dead Palestinian and Ukrainian is on the Ray Banned baby killer's head. Unforgivable. And Harris? Too soon to tell but I'd imagine that she will lay prostrate in front of Bibi. Nothing against Jews but she has a Jewish husband, Jewish Secretary of State, Jewish AG. Chances are they all defend Israel's right to defend itself (Translation: Kill anyone, anytime, anywhere). Every nation has that right but it's obvious that when our feckless politicians say that they mean it's Ok to commit wanton murder in the name of reelection. Abortion overseas? Perfectly acceptable and indeed advantageous as long as our bombs do the abortions. Not encouraging. Bad optics at least for Gaza. If I am wrong, then I will admit it and still vote for Stein. Last thought. Joe I see you are concerned about your legacy. Senator Credit Card, you are a baby killer. That's your legacy. Live with it. And quit blubbering about your dead son. I am a father too. I empathize with your pain. But as a father I do not have the power to kill millions of people for nothing. I know you loved your boy. So do the the parents of the babies killed by your bombs. So think about their pain and call off your attack dogs by suspending all military aid until a permanent ceasefire is obtained.

The US has been financing the slaughter of many populations and millions of children for over 80 YEARS now. Palestine is just one more to add to the pile.

It’s time to create a better government whilst not creating even more graves.

That’s the challenge.

Arguing over which politicians to trust is futile.

Start the creation of the new system ; NOW. That will take much more than sharing thoughts, memes, and insults over social media platforms. We must do something concrete and real that takes time, sacrifice, discipline and patience: “getting off the couch” is easy: spending more time off of that couch takes real effort. Right now rescuing kids and families out of the Palestinian Holocaust is of immediate and paramount importance.

Then start DE constructing ALL of the systems that create and support such death camps. Again that will take time and sacrifice to accomplish: decades of it.

Alice, Tweedledum and Tweedledee all engage in a moral discussion about the poem after it has been recited. Alice springs upon its most obvious and simple moral conclusion by saying that she “like[s] the Walrus best” because “he was a little sorry for the oysters” (Carroll, pg.141). Tweedledee challenges this assertion by revealing that “he ate more than the Carpenter” (Carroll, pg.141). When this changes Alice’s mind, his brother points out that the Carpenter “ate as many as he could get” (Carroll, pg.141). They are then forced to come to the conclusion that both the Carpenter and the Walrus are “very unpleasant characters” (Carroll, pg.141).

Wow. That is a crazy "I am superior." position just because you have done the easiest thing in the world (procreate). I was a camp counsellor at a camp for terminally and chronically ill children for 3 summers, an au pair for an 8 month old baby for a year (they moved to a different state, wanted me to come with them, but I had to decline... But I am still in regular contact with that boy and his parents 26 years later and he says I am one of his favorite "uncles" even though he has no memory of when I took care of him.), and a daily (5 days a week) babysitter for two young boys for almost 3 years, so I know you are talking shit about how being a parent somehow elevates you into a moist cloud of compassion for all children. Typically, parents are hyper concerned only about their own kids. (the Israeli generals, soldiers, and politicians have children, as do most of the US politicians who invited, and applauded continuously, that Israeli genocidal baby-killer to speak before the senate) , AND I had a vasectomy at age 25 because I felt, and still feel 30+ years later, that 1.) the world is a crappy place to bring a new being into and 2.) if I really wanted to be a parent I could adopt one because the last thing this world needs is another narcissitic creation of yet another mouth (and anus).

Expand full comment

"That is a crazy "I am superior." position" - where did I say that? Why did that particular notion - superiority - come to your mind? Look in the mirror and ask yourself.

"AND I had a vasectomy at age 25" - so you don't have children by choice and will be defending your decision to death - quite literally - because you have no other option. You will die and if everyone does what you did the humanity will die in one generation. That is the outcome if you follow through logically with your argumentation. That is what you vote for if you are not equivocal.

I'll try one more time for you and other apparently intellectually challenged that might be reading. Imagine two soldiers having identical training and quite similar in all other respects, twins if you like. One of them has been in combat, seen things, participated in things, to the fullest extent possible. Which one is more likely to take a position in many questions arising from the use of the military? Would the difference be absolutely objective since no amount of training on most sophisticated simulators in the world can match the actual experience?

Now, it might be that the one with combat experience still does not get it. The one without that experience might actually understand more than the first one. Is that possible? Quite. But you cannot deny the objective advantage of the former over the latter. Whether that gets applied or not is subject to particular individuals. And that is not what you call "superiority", it is an objective truth.

You can expand the example to anything at all - think doctors, pilots, etc. Would you pick one with actual experience over one without if you had a choice, just in case?

Is it clearer now?

Expand full comment

Well, russian_bot, talk to a few psychologists about your theory concerning the "differences" you imply but haven't the where withal to be out front about here when asked to be. But instead insinuate that if we don't have that what, "superior" ? knowledge of "the whole process", then the childless are "fundamentally challenged".Are you serious? Are the origins of all addictions and mental health problems derived from some demon force unrelated to disturbed and inadequate early childhood development? I.e. parenting?

If you are in the US Clearfield doctrine is critical;

Clearfield Doctrine

All courts where dissolved in 2008 under the clearfield doctrine then became registered companies on Dunn and Bradstreet company search. When governments enter the world of commerce, they are subject to the same burdens as any private firm or corporation U.S v Burr 309 U.S 22. See 22, U.S CA 286 e Bank of US v Planters Bank of Georgia 6L Ed (Wheat 244.) NOTE: Under the Clearfield Doctrine, the courts are no longer government entities in that they are demanding private monies and must have a contract with you to compel performance. They are no more special as a normal business than your local Jack In The Box. Clearfield Doctrine -“private commercial paper is used by corporate government, then government loses its sovereignty status and becomes no different than a mere private corporation” . Government create and enforce CIVIL LAWS known as statues, acts and legislation created by the Bar Association (set up by Rothschilds) which are duty bound to comply with the LAW of CONTRACTS. The Law of Contracts requires signed written agreements and complete transparency!

Governments Have Descended to the Level of Mere Private Corporations

Clearfield Doctrine Supreme Court Annotated Statute, Clearfield Trust Co. v. United States 318 U.S. 363- 371 1942 Whereas defined pursuant to Supreme Court Annotated Statute: Clearfield Trust Co. v. United States 318 U.S. 363-371 1942: "Governments descend to the level of a mere private corporation, and take on the characteristics of a mere private citizen . . . where private corporate commercial paper [Federal Reserve Notes] and securities [checks] is concerned . . . For purposes of suit, such corporations and individuals are regarded as entities entirely separate from government." What the Clearfield Doctrine is saying is that when private commercial paper is used by corporate government, then government loses its sovereignty status and becomes no different than a mere private corporation. As such, government then becomes bound by the rules and laws that govern private corporations which means that if they intend to compel an individual to some specific performance based upon its corporate statutes or corporation rules, then the government, like any private corporation, must be the holder-in-due-course of a contract or other commercial agreement between it and the one upon who demands for specific performance are made. And further, the government must be willing to enter the contract or commercial agreement into evidence before trying to get the court to enforce its demands, called statutes. This case is very important because it is a 1942 case

Exhibit 8a

that was decided after the UNITED STATES CORPORATION COMPANY filed its "CERTIFICATE OF INCORPORATION" in the State of Florida (July 15, 1925). And it was decided AFTER the 'corporate government' agreed to use the currency of the private corporation, the FEDERAL RESERVE. The private currency, the Federal Reserve Note, is still in use today. (pages 93-94) http://anticorruptionsociety.files.wordpress.com/2013/07/the-great-american-adventurecomplete-work-by-judge-dale.pdf [4] Corporations are not and can never be SOVEREIGN. They are not real, they are a fiction and only exist on paper. 5] Therefore, all laws created by these government corporations are private corporate regulations called public law, statutes, codes and ordinances to conceal their true nature. Do the Judge and your lawyer know about this? You bet they do! 6] Since these government bodies are not SOVEREIGN, they cannot promulgate or enforce CRIMINAL LAWS; they can only create and enforce CIVIL LAWS, which are duty bound to comply with the LAW of CONTRACTS. The Law of Contracts requires signed written agreements and complete transparency! Did you ever agree to be arrested and tried under any of their corporate statutes? For that matter, did you ever agree to contract with them by agreeing to be sued for violating their corporate regulations? [8] Enforcement of these corporate statutes by local, state and federal law enforcement officers are unlawful actions being committed against the SOVEREIGN public and these officers can be held personally liable for their actions. My mind just wouldn't go there ... it just won't cooperate with what's good for it. On the other hand, one's person's freedom is another's prison. I've seldom broken laws, but often circumvented them if and when the occasions came along.

Although commendable when compared to authoritarian rulers, the U.S and Canada definitely have superior law courts and procedures,. I have tried however to avoid most confrontations with laws unless absolutely warranted. My father, mostly unwise to the ways of the world, was a gentle person who advised all within earshot that "There is no justice in this world". I pretty much follow that rule of thumb.

Now THAT is a top allegory. A parallel for Australia - from a speech at Sunday’s Sydney pro-Palestine rally.

🇮🇱 Shocking footage of Palestinian prisoners being gang-raped by Israeli soldiers. An Israeli politician was:

1. Outraged someone filmed it, rather than

2. Outraged at the rape itself

🇦🇺 In Australia - civil society and our politicians watch the genocide unfold in Gaza. Time in Parliament is spent:

1. Debating and legislating against those protesting the genocide, rather than

2. Taking action against the genocide itself

Mirrored by the Australian media.

My country, the United States of America, has been a Killing Machine since the Dulles brothers lured us into continuing the French colonialist war in Vietnam. Our GDP per person is over $90,000. But the average GDP per person in the dozen or so countries we've invaded is $5,000, with the lowest being $700 in Afghanistan. We've slaughtered millions of civilians, most of them living in shacks or huts.. Democrats I know personally, sad to say, are far more exercised by abortion then our slaughter of innocent children in poor countries. Equally sad are wealthy American Jews, secure in their condos and mansion, being the driving force for America's direct participation in the mass killing of women and children by their co-religionists in Israel.
