Seems that all the Nazis needed was better PR.

Oh wait, seems that they have the MSM as their eager PR agents.

"Ukraine's Nazi problem is real, even if Putin's 'denazification' claim isn't." - just ponder this one a bit. Whom is this pearl directed at? That's right - the Western exceptional population. Only a perverted mind can make sense out of it.

As to the marketing move - if only Hitler thought of getting rid of swastika in a timely fashion.

Right. If calling nazis, nazis, like, what they are, is a public relations problem Russians are exploiting, we'll call them something else. They still enjoy killing - as they publicly admitted - bragged about rather- and that's why they're so good at it, so why not call them "white helmets." No, that one's taken, but "whiter than white something" should do it.

They tried the white hoods, but once the snow was gone it made them too easy to target.

Strange world we live in. I can see why some lose themselves in alcohol and drugs to opt out of this world to whatever degree.

I long to return to the WWII era and do like Captain America did: "It's okay to punch a Nazi!!" Nowadays, we just give them fashion changes and hope for the best. Sigh.

Every time I see a Ukrainian flag flying at some spot I wish I caught the hangers in the act to suggest to make the statement much stronger - put a swastika right next to it.

Speaking of fashion, it was Hugo Boss who designed the original Nazi uniforms as I recall. If only they had had the same idea with the branding as the new ones... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hn1VxaMEjRU

Captain America was fighting for the original NAZIs, he was going after the Germans for copyright infringement. It's such a typical NAZI solution, beat up anyone you don't agree with instead of using open, transparent, and fair courts... you know, those things that don't exist in much of the USA.

Fight fascists through a fascistic court system... In the year 2022, it makes as much sense as giving hundreds of billions of dollars in weaponry to Neo-Nazis in a corrupt country we helped to coup in 2014 in order to wreck the economy of its larger neighbor. Heil Capitalism!!

Good luck with that, let me know if you live through the experience.

Thanks for quoting and linking to Dubovyk's article. The fact that "US-backed death-squads kill left-wing politicians, socialists, and labor organizers," that 100% of Democrats supported $40 billion for a neo-Nazi government in Ukraine and the vast majority oppose left-wing governments in Venezuela and Nicaragua, proves that the Democratic Party is not center-left, but extreme-right. The fact that a large number of Republicans opposed the $40 billion give-away shows that the Democratic Party as a whole is to the right of the Republican Party as a whole.

Still, the Republican Party is not a left-wing, populist party either. Even JD Vance has spoken in favor of the US military invading Mexico to wipe out the drug cartels. What the US needs is a genuinely left-wing, populist party of the people that supports the Bill of Rights, equality before the law for all human beings as promised by the 14th Amendment, recognizes that corporations are not people but are instruments of elite control, and eschews all foreign interventions unless to counter an imminent threat as Russia has done.

It seems like the US persecution of the left, the real left, and communism and/or socialism, is a de facto attack on indigenous populations, most of whom still remember the value of community over short term profit. Russia is reviled and has been since the Bolshevik revolution, it seems, for the crime of refusing to allow an aristocratic tyrant, ie the tsar, to use them as cannon fodder, torture victims and economic slaves.

It’s much the same for the Vietnamese, the Iranians, or even the Chinese, who would not allow a Western backed authoritarian, Chiang Kai Shek, to rule them by proxy for British/American interests. Taiwan is still a vassal state of the US empire today, because the US refused to recognize the communist leadership of China. How does it make sense to anyone in America that the US fights for democracy or freedom? The freedom to be economic and military slaves of twits like Pelosi and Bezos isn’t a freedom worth fighting for.

The sheer insanity of the idea we should go to war with China over Taiwan is even more nuts than going to war with Russia over Ukraine. Hand wringing over China acquiring technology we exported to Taiwan should be tempered with the recognition that the US voluntarily did this for the slimmest of short term profits for a few and the loss of manufacturing base and jobs that had benefited many in Silicon Valley.

The US made this bed in the interest of naked greed. It’s time the US learned the lesson that only fairness leads to long term stability, regardless of ideology or brand.

Too bad there isn't a fascist movement to take down Big Pharma cartels. LOL *Vaccines* anyone? No, wait, Big Pharma is fascist. I'm confused, time for my 1st cup o' coffee.

Yes, the absurdity of the Newspeak has reached the point where you can't even write a comment without defining your terms.

Especially when I first awake without my cup o' Joe. Needless to say, Big pharma needs defunding. It should be "the commons" where everybody has access to medicine at cost,

The money flows in both directions. Not only does the government fund Big Pharma, but Big Pharma funds government departments both directly (which enhances the budgets of those departments and the prestige of the managers) and indirectly (through royalty payment to employees of those departments).

Indeed correct. Taxpayers fund a lot of R&D and then the government turns the patent lose to Pharma to charge as much as they wish. Insane, eh? Simply; we get screwed coming and going. The CDC & FDA are now arms of the industry itself.(Maybe they always were.) Bill Gates is in the mix as well.. Yep, time to make my coffee. I get to see if I'm still(lung) cancer free in a few hours. Good luck. I hope the news is good. I had a fast growing cancer in my left nostril in 2010. A positive margin was left after surgery (too close to my brain case to take out more), but chemo and radiation finished it off. I was perhaps fortunate that it was fast growing as that made it more vulnerable to the radiation and chemo, but given all I've seen with Covid, I'm now suspicious that our medical system might have been able to cure or prevent the cancer by proper assistance to my immune system including vitamin D.

When it comes to the US backing fascists, that started right after WWII. One of the best examples is Klaus Barbie. Just look at his "influence" in South America. And then the Wolfsangel is known from this: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Werwolf

But the list is long. Very interesting is of course Hans Globke, but someone who never gets mentioned is the former head of the Gestapo in Marseille: Günter Hellwing, who managed to get into the federal committee of the SPD, four years after he was sentenced to death in Marseille.

Oh and did you know, that the head(!) of the BND was in the Ukraine days before the Russian operation? They first tried to get him out with a special division of the German BKA, which he could not reach, so they had to resort to a special division of the BND to get him out. What the fuck does the head of the BND have to be in the Ukraine for in person?
