US doing what we do best... launching airstrikes in countries without an air defense system.

It's not just the US empire, It's the Zionist empire.

Oh goody! We Australians are in it, too. I heard it on CNN. Not that anybody in Australia bothered to tell us. Not that it was discussed or decided upon in Parliament. Seems it just happened - like when we helped USA to invade Iraq in 2003. Understandable really - as we have more important things to cover in our media. Like - my God - what a disaster when Cricket player David Warner though that he had lost his baggy green cap.

Well, I’m disgusted with Biden. Jill was protested at the Chicago University of Illinois today! More protests against Israel & US actions. Britain & Canada should hang their immoral heads in shame, but these people lack a soul. Biden is committing war crimes just as is Israel.

Insanity on steroids, and I’m afraid this is just the first dose.

Well, that's the kind of war "The finest fighting force in history" fights well: wars against rebels without an air force or air defenses.

Actually, the reason the Anglos and their sycophants are bombing Yemen is twofold: 1) because Yemen had the temerity to blockade ships moving to and from Israel (aka "sanction" the Zionists, ya know, as the US does unilaterally with other nations) and insurance prices started going up. It's all about the Benjamins, including that murderous clown in charge of Occupied Palestine whose last name sounds like pretty much what he is. And 2) because the 2nd day of ICJ testimony, i.e., Israel's "defense" is tomorrow and the tail has to wag the dog in order to distract from what is sure to be their argument. To wit: "BUT OCTOBER 7 was the biggest massacre of Juice since DA HOLOCAUST! and "Fuck you, we'll do what we want because we have the backing of the world's biggest bullies and they know where your kids live."

But remember, insurrection is bad. After all, it’s now associated with Trump.

The incoherence of the US and UK's approach to international law - or even basic decency - continues to outrage me. I live in the UK, protested the invasion of Iraq back in 2003 by throwing myself in as a volunteer with Stop War. In that process I learned two stark lessons: the downright duplicity and corruption of the state; the honesty and sincerity of most, ordinary people. The latter is where I focus my attention when hearing of crazy shit like this.

Where do we go after this? How can international law be a recourse if it's picked up and dropped like a prom dress?

Asking for a friend.

Things have been set in motion that cannot be taken back. This was probably the biggest mistake of Joe Biden's life. Lots of people are going to get hurt. For some reason the west thinks that Yemen is acting on its own behalf and not on behalf of Gaza. They have made it clear that as long as the Gaza war continues, so will the actions in the Red Sea.

Meanwhile, after trillions for war, the people of Jackson Mississippi - not coincidentally a majority black city - can't drink the water:

Everything coming out of the mouths of Anglo-AmeriKKKans is a lie.

Bombings in Yemen? It's bombing collateral damage.

Not one person was killed or injured in the heroic Yemeni takings of the ships, but Inbred Queendom and United $nakes of the Wailing Wall dish out murder. This is how these fucking monsters work.

And, most of these Anglo-Americans get crocodile tears looking at these fucking sicarios in uniform.

If you aren't ready to see your own Royals and Yankees go down down down, then fucking sign up for the mercenary corps.

Ansarallah spokesman, Mohammed AI-Bukhaiti:

America and Britain made a mistake in launching the war on Yemen because they did not benefit from their previous experiences.

Had it not been for Bush's foolishness in pushing Ali Saleh to attack us in Saada in 2004, the Yemeni people would not have launched the 2014 revolution that ended the rule of the American ambassador in Sana'a and expelled the Marines from it.

Had it not been for the foolishness of America and Britain in pushing Saudi Arabia and the UAE to declare war on us in 2015, Yemen would not have been able today to carry out its religious, moral and humanitarian duty in supporting Palestine.

There is no doubt that America and Britain today regret their previous follies, and soon they will realize that the direct aggression against Yemen was the greatest folly in their history.

We talk about Biden doing this and that but really at this point is the old man capable of doing anything independently? A farce to call him a leader in his decaying state. A mirage of a leader propped up by ??

Israel wanted to drag the US into a wider regional war, Iran, Lebanon, Syria, Yemen et al.

The US wanted that wider regional war but lacked a cover story (WMD, et al), so they worked with Israel to manufacture that pretext.

From the git go, everyone knew this.
