I love you Caitlin! Perfectly summed up 75 years of "Middle East Conflict"

Your allusion to Dolly Parton is apropos. US Israel supporters don't think beyond the glitz level of superficiality. They're reading the NY Times, looking ga-ga eyed at the new Corvette 1000-horsepower sportscar that only the elites will drive. Americans supporting Israel are distracted by money, glitz, and any other superficiality that'd force them to really see clearly what's in front of their faces.

The populations of these western nations are complicit. This is not 1934 where access to information is not easily and readily available and there are only 2 or 3 "news" sources people can go to to figure shit out. At this point, there is no excuse. The reality is most people don't care and they don't wanna know. They are not intellectually curios and ask the hard questions. Like who is a country run by a bunch of pedos and rapists and one that commits genocide and mass murder and tortures one year old babies to be dictating morality to anyone? The premise for this war is that Iran should have no nukes and some 68% of Americans agree based on the most recent poll. They dont know why, They dont ask why, they just agree. Canada just sanctioned Iran for defending itself but not a country that literally tortured a one year old baby for 10 hours and has spent the last 3 years murdering over one million Palestinians.

There is something wrong with the vast majority of humanity. There really is. And I am tired of pretending it's just billionaires.

Vin LoPresti's avatar

O hell yeah. There's a lot wrong with humanity. It feeds on a dish called diversion denial, the convenient psycho-lingo for what you correctly characterize as incurious (and I would add low-empathy) complicity.

Veronica Baker's avatar

You're very generous, I would have said no - empathy complicity.

Indu Abeysekara's avatar

Exactly, Ginnie. Here in Australia no hard questions are ever asked. Israel was never blamed for a genocide happening in real time. But the politicians kept on about Hamas and January 7th. An antisemitism myth was blown up and amplified by the media. The Jewish lobby was placated and soothed.

Now Iran is blamed for retaliating to a totally provoked war. They never expected Iran to hit back!

Kathleen McCroskey's avatar

Australia is, unfortunately, one of many vassal states to zionist-occupied Palestine.

Landru's avatar

My friend you are so right. It was never expected that Iran heroes all would destroy the presence of the u.s. military in Persia as well as destroy what was once israel : )

I enjoy talking about israel in the past tense : ) Never Fuck with people who invented Algebra or talk shit over a chess match ha.

Indu Abeysekara's avatar

Oops! I meant October 7th.

Franz Kafka's avatar

The inferior slave must never insult the superior master. Slaves are made to obey, masters to command. The master class never forgives and never forgets. Look at Haiti, Serbia and by extension the entire planet. They are all to be made examples of.

Retribution, when it comes should be dreadful.

USAMNESIA's avatar

I read a comment once that resonated

“One of the unfortunate successes of our masters’ strategy is how well they understood the return on investment from capturing the most expensive real estate in the world—the American mind. They have captured it lock, stock, and barrel. As a result, many citizens who would be appalled by the violence of a simple mugging scarcely bat an eye at the horrific violence inflicted on mostly poor people around the world by the military-industrial complex in the name of protecting American interests. They have succeeded in persuading a beguiled citizenry to accept empire at the cost of infrastructure, education, healthcare—virtually every standard of living—as being in the citizens’own best interest. It boggles the mind.”

Ginnie's avatar

This is why billionaires have bought up all the media -they understand that controlling the narrative is more powerful than any weapon. You don’t need brute force when you can manufacture consent, shape perception, and decide who is seen as human and who isn’t.

This is why so many of them told Trump to tone it down after Minnesota: They understand that shooting white people in the streets is not as effective as softening people up with language first so as to turn victims into villains, to frame suffering as deserved, to make cruelty feel like common sense. Violence is messy, rhetoric that vilifies people and policies that crush them are easier to swallow for most. By the time harm arrives, it no longer registers as harm.

The same machinery has spent decades hollowing out class consciousness - turning entire generations against ideas like socialism or collective power without them ever really understanding why. And it’s done something even more insidious: it has normalized the idea that certain groups of people are disposable. Not explicitly cause that would be too obvious, but through a slow drip of framing, omission, and distortion that numbs empathy over time.

At some point, though, the excuse of ignorance starts to wear thin. Information is everywhere and contradictions are obvious. And yet people still choose comfort over curiosity and passivity over responsibility.

Maybe it’s self-preservation, maybe it’s tribalism, or prejudice, or just exhaustion. More likely, it’s all of the above. But there’s a limit to how long you can pretend people are simply uninformed rather than unwilling, because refusing to ask hard questions is still a choice; choosing not to see is still a form of participation.

You have just painted the perfect picture of the majority of the Western world's population. Nothing to do with us while they turn on the television to watch the latest gardening, cookery, buying a house show. They live their sad lives by watching moving pictures on a screen or as one neighbour said to me " I just turn over when "that" comes on, I don't like watching nasty stuff".

The Times moves a bit closer to swallowing reality each day. Today, it's "A wave of strikes across the Middle East in recent days shows that Iran has not lost the capacity to retaliate". Uh, no shit, Times; you just figured it out? They even show a photo of a missile-derived crater in Eshtaol, Israel.

It's time for people to put the blame where it belongs, not just non Israel but our own governments and their complicity with all the various corporations.

Vin LoPresti's avatar

aka Fascism, as defined by Benito M.

Franz Kafka's avatar

As promoted and explained, Israel is entirely a fiction. Jews are about to 'discover' that they were never really Semites but Caucasian Turks from S E Europe called Khazars. There will be a new land-grab attached to that realization and genocide for whoever lives there now.

This will be the cycle... until stopped.

Veronica Baker's avatar

I'm sure they know where they first originated from along with their Ashkenazi label. So, New Jerusalem is Odessa to Donetsk, 123 or 125 Jews from Israel were sent to Odessa to act as the cornerstone of New Jerusalem in 2017, they were looking at 2027 for it to be fully attained.

Veronica Baker's avatar

I have to come back and rectify date, the Heavenly Jerusalem Project was discussed 2019 and that is when those Jews were sent to Odessa as a cornerstone. Those at the final discussion for 5 million Jews to be sent to build New Jerusalem was to happen between 2027 and 2029, could be movable date.

Those at that meeting were, B. Netanyahu, Prime Minister of Ukraine V. Grossman. Prime Minister of Russia D. A. Medvedev. US president D. Trump and last but not least member of elite Israeli group Chabag Lubavitch, Jared Kushner.

Franz Kafka's avatar

Great sleuthing! I wonder, is there any Conspiracy Theory that anyone can posit which will not almost immediately be proven factually correct?

The allegedly 'great' Heinrich Kissinger himself, said that the Israel Project will be wrapped up within ten years. And then he died.

No, the depression will be blamed on Iran.

Peter Sawchuk's avatar

Exactly! Furthermore, if you believe the polls, (which I don't) this so called democratic government is increasingly popular. If true, I wonder how so many can be so willingly ignorant? This Bill is shameful and makes me want to puke! The evil apparent in this Canadian Government is apalling.

Franz Kafka's avatar

Polls are election manipulation devices.

Veronica Baker's avatar

I don't believe polls at all, most use 1,500 people and they have a certain selection of people they use, in the case you mentioned the bulk will be democratic fans, just a minority will be opposed. Rinse and repeat for any poll in any country, the polls are as rigged as all elections.

When Carney took over I tried to warn a couple of Canadians I swap comments with on Odysee, they both were enraptured with Carney opposing Trump, hah. The Christian no longer swaps comments after reading my comment saying Carney was just another Rothschild's puppet. I wonder how he's feeling now about this new Bill? Whether a person is a Christian or not, they should see the wrong and evil in this Bill.

Peter Sawchuk's avatar

Most people are like sheep. They see these manipulated polls and think the must blindly follow the status quo. After all, if so many people approve it must be the right decision. Sadly, as apparent as this fraud is they just can't seem to see it.

Veronica Baker's avatar

I don't think they will ever change their ways of going where the majority go, it must hurt their brains to think something out for themselves.

Franz Kafka's avatar

Like CIA assessments, there are seven ways to sundown to rig a poll.... and an election. Western Democracy, never sober, is now rotting in a ditch.

I wonder why you say there is something wrong with the vast majority of humanity, after reading what Caitlin said about Israel and the West and after you spent 2 paragraphs going into detail about Israel's depravity, attrocities, genocide and the West's support and complicity.

No, it's not the vast majority of humanity. There is something wrong going with the majority of Western society, culture.

Landru's avatar

That would be an interesting coffee debate. Root cause the thesis question. I think it would not only be inspiring but informative to have a coffee debate weekend with the Nation of Caitlin. If you asked my family, friends, and especially co-workers I think I know everything however, a secret I don't : )

Ginnie's avatar

i dont think there is a specific breed of humans uniquely capable of harm and cruelty. I think it is a human trait that can be easily activated at any time for any reason. It may be a combination of propaganda, tribalism, self preservation, ignorance, cruelty, or all of the above, but I keep seeing evil things being done and most people looking the other way or blame the victims.

We have now seen a genocide live streamed for 3 years straight with images i never thought I would see in my life anywhere else but in history books. And most of the world just lives on. When Ukraine was "invaded" people lost their shit, but now that Iran is attacked, barely few care. After Iraq this war should have activated a strong anti war movement yet all I see are tepid disapprovals mainly based on gas prices and economic inconvenience to the West not the fact that this is an unjust war and that we are killing people for no reason. I do think the problem is humanity though. I dont see animals committing mass murder and setting the planet on fire.

Patrick Powers's avatar

"I dont see animals committing mass murder"

Ants, wasps, and apes have war.

Patrick Powers's avatar

Many people are just apes who can talk. They kill other tribes in order to take what they have and enslave them. It is their instinct to do this.

There are also civilized Western people but they have taken the road of selfishness and corruption, abandoning morality. They are letting the brutes do the dirty work while sniffing at the crudity of it.

Susan T's avatar

Everyone in the world right now is "distracted by money, glitz and any other superficiality". I think that people who were raised to be Zionists have been seriously brainwashed, but I think we have all been seriously brainwashed to think that money and what it buys makes us better people. We have been fed hogwash by the mainstream media for decades. We are fed the lie that we live in democracies. If those of us who are not Zionists of any faith were not distracted and brainwashed; if so many of us did not live in colonized countries, then we would have started opposing Israel decades ago. But, for the most part, nobody did. And those of us that did were called antisemites way back then too. Only it wasn't as noticable because of all those distractions. Israel and it's inhumanity is getting more noticable.

Vin LoPresti's avatar

We were called a lot worse than simply antisemitic. Anti American, anti Capitalist. anti-everything that formulates or is formulated as the essence of American Canadian or other western so-called Capitalist democracy, which we couldn't readily recognize as elite autocracy until billionaires began flaming, as technofeudalism, until they began flaming online and Varoufakis gave it a name. But it's the same bloody demon been around my entire long lifetime as you rightly point out.

Susan T's avatar

I didn't really understand the evils of Zionism back then. I just didn't see that anyone had any right to go to a country and claim it as their own despite the fact that people were already living there. Much like we did here in America. I would have considered it a kind of compliment to be called anti-capitalist. Still do. I considered it stupid to call me an antisemite because I opposed a colonizing state. I oppose the colonization of Canada and the rest of the Americas too. I don't know what that makes me. An anticolonialist, I guess.

Vin LoPresti's avatar

What's interesting, I think, is that our treatment of the Native Americans was only gradually seen as "settler-colonial" in the same sense as colonizing another country. Of course it was, but it was as if the language of "apartheid state" was necessary to really hammer home the fact that the US was an apartheid state, really has always been with respect to Native people, even if the 13th amendment legally—but certainly not operationally—ended African-American apartheid.

Susan T's avatar

I did not grow up in a politically advanced environment. I just thought that it was wrong to take someone else's land. I developed my own sense of right and wrong although I was surrounded by capitalist racists.

X K's avatar

"I just thought that it was wrong to take someone else's land."

The UN Charter thinks (or thought) that too, until the Zionists went to work on Truman through their plants (e.g., David Niles) in the US government and applied pressure on other members of the General Assembly to ignore that triviality and bring into being the faux "state" of Israel under wholly coerced means. This is one reason why the Israelis/Zionists harp on their "right to exist" peevishness. Perhaps deep down, certainly not openly talked about, they know their "state" is phony, but they want to dupe others into saying it can stick around. Fact is, the sooner it disappears, the better for all, save them, but who gives a s*** about them?

Peter Sawchuk's avatar

My wife and I live in a Metis settlement. It is the ultimate result of a racist regime. These people are Indigenous yet our so called society list them as Metis. Put more bluntly I remember when they were called "halfbreeds". Many are now struggling for recognition as truly indigenous peoples and I support them 100% in their struggles. They were robbed of their land and their heritage. Let's admit the atrocities and get on with supporting these proud people.

Vin LoPresti's avatar

Bravo. I confess that I had to do a bit of research to understand the "halfbreed" part. This just piles insult upon injury. Will we never stop demeaning these incredibly wise and noble people. For me as a biologist, I am as fond of the reciprocity/respect posture of Native people toward my beloved Biosphere, as I am dismissive/detesting of Pharma for its magic-bullet, palliation-for-profit posture

Landru's avatar

I attended a lecture about successful Colonization and the conditions that made it possible. Large land mass, mass genocide of the indigenous, destruction of the history of those indigenous peoples. The u.s. , Canada, Australia. I read a paper about the cause of the u.s. Revolutionary War. From Washington's diary it seems King Geo. was more than pissed off with the likes of Washington killing off the indigenous peoples rather than exploit them. We sucked from the start. : (

Vin LoPresti's avatar

Ah, the King favored exploitation over murder; how humane. And you ain't gonna get any arguments from me regarding us sucking from square one.

Veronica Baker's avatar

A lot of your forefathers in the countries mentioned and a few not mentioned, came from the land of colonisers, they already had the methods ingrained in them. England not the UK has a lot to answer for.

Indu Abeysekara's avatar

Susan T, With all the evidence of wholesale carnage before us, we all should be anti-colonialists, which should make us anti-capitalists. Unfortunately, most of us still suffer from colonised minds.

Kathleen McCroskey's avatar

Failure yet I found it so beautiful. I handed the sample to a friend, she thought it was a chocolate hahaha. No I didn't let them try it.

Veronica Baker's avatar

Well at least I know I'm not a coward as I watch on as in my immediate area I watch the emergency ambulance being called once again to someone else's home, where before it was a rarity it's near on a twice weekly event. Definitely interestin' after-shit.

Landru's avatar

I wrote something about my after vaccine experience that I didn't put together for nearly a year. I deleted it, a little to gross for friends to read. : (

Veronica Baker's avatar

Oh yikes, that bad?

They are still getting their yearly boosters where I live, they get it at the same time as their flu jab, last one may have been number 6, but I think it may be 7, as in England when the vax started being handed out, they had jab and then 3 months later a booster. Whichever I think they're nuts, bad after bad, at least you learnt your lesson and stopped them. I have lost two of what I class as real friends to those damned things, only a few weeks apart, I don't wish to lose anyone else I care about.

Vin LoPresti's avatar

I keep begging some shitlib friends to stop, trying to get them to simply awaken to their own experience of repeated ongoing reinfection (quite likely due to eventual induction of non-neutralizing IgG4 subclass antibodies), but they go merrily on, their brainwashing superseding their own experience. Talk about frustration. My victories do occur but they are comparatively few. Physicians who by this point are still universally counseling boosters should have their practice licenses revoked.

Landru's avatar

In early 2020 I was at a conference with a group of Italians who flew in. Mistake, a week later I woke up at 03:00 not being able to breath, thinking I was going to die I called the hospital, " You are talking on the phone don't come in we have no place for you" Having had a safety course on Oxygen Deficiency Hazards I knew I was Oxygen deprived, I had begun hallucinating. A friend Virologist had talked about countries without extensive healthcare devices for plagues of bacterial pneumonia they would place people on their stomach and a towel under them have them cough until they couldn't all the time. I did that and lived.

I was still forced to take the vaccine for Covid losing my argument. I ended up getting Covid again several years later. So yes you are right.

Vin LoPresti's avatar

Sorry about your ordeal. And not to hype my expertise, but as a cell & molecular biologist, I taught immunology for decades. It required around an hour of reading the initial reports on Pfizer's clinical trials, about which arms of immunity were induced by their jab, about what they did or didn't test for, to recognize that any claim of stopping transmission was a bald-faced lie. With no mucosal immunity (in the freakin' nose & mucous membranes), the key mechanism just wasn't provoked by the mRNA jabs. Lie followed lie followed lie. Worst "bioscience" I've ever experience in my professional life of 50+ years.

Landru's avatar

So you won't be to grossed out by my after vaccine experience. It took me a year of experience to realize when I would wake in the middle of the night with my nasal passages completely blocked suddenly and then wake with a hacking cough of clear mucus that I had when I had Covid. I had never had that experience in my life. I have never missed a day of work in 45 yrs. I had Covid while on vac. helping the lab fund payroll using all of vac. time.

So strange, my doctor would test me for her guesses on the why. Nothing nor do I have the usual change in color of mucus quizzed about.

I can't help but think this is a result of an untested vaccine.

I knew a person through my Virologist friend who worked for Moderna,

He said what are you fucking nuts, seems I was. : (

Vin LoPresti's avatar

Not nuts, my friend. Just thinking critically with the impressive neural-network apparatus provided you for that purpose.

Veronica Baker's avatar

I downloaded all their documents as they became available and even to someone who isn't an expert in cell and molecular biology, it was pretty obvious they had totally manipulated outcomes etc.

Vin LoPresti's avatar

How dare you critically analyze data and reach your own well-thought-out conclusion contrary to the herd. You may be a terrorist, y'know.

Veronica Baker's avatar

I'm sorry you had to go through that,. 😢

dale ruff's avatar

77% of Democrats in a poll indicated they see Israel as committing genocide, as do 39%of American Jews in another poll. I would wager nearly all those Jews and the vast majority of Democrats support the right of Israel to exist while accusing the ruling regime of genocide. What's clearly not in front of your face is the widespread American disapproval of Israeli war conduct.

Vin LoPresti's avatar

You're essentially accusing me of not being able to read diverse sources.

I see the numbers you cite. I just don't think they amount to much of anything -- beyond maybe "No Kings" protests.

martin's avatar

it has been explained that the 'right' of a state to exist is kind of a nonsensical liberal talking point to 'both-side' a genocide and only makes sense in the context of 'existing as an apartheid ethnostate'. maybe the polls only show these democrats and jews just prefer the return to the slow decades-long strangulation of a people to the 'in-your-face' bibi and trump approach. i think the main objection of these democrats and jews was that it was too visible on tiktok and some other outlets. empire is taking care of that. a democrat midterm victory can even be part of the 'sweeping crimes under the carpet' (and not reversing the israeli wins).

Qudsia's avatar

I hope the reference wasn’t aimed at that. Dolly Parton by any comparison stands apart from these ghouls and buffoons. I’ve read she was a gifted artist with a heart of gold.

Vin LoPresti's avatar

No problem with Dolly per se. Only with her mindless stance on the jab, calling folks cowards for not taking it -- another of the hordes of individuals (celebrities especially) who, understanding zero immunology, allowed their jaws to rattle nonsense nonetheless.

Qudsia's avatar

Didn't know that. I think the left is also responsible for some of the misinformation when they forward some theories as sound science while fudging the numbers. It results in mistrust of sound science as well. But this is getting off topic.

Vin LoPresti's avatar

Immunology isn't left or right. It's about an integrated system's cellular and molecular responses coordinated by combinations of upwards of a hundred small protein messages (cytokines) above & beyond what we think of as the standard hormones. Hence, it's complex and requires study and deep understanding (" sound science"), not politicization or bloviation by folks who've barely scratched the surface.

Aamir Razak's avatar

Great point Vin. It's sad, the capacity for critical thinking and looking beyond the surface seems to have been lost among that group, but perhaps it is by design that they are distracted by flashy things like the new cars that only the wealthiest will afford. As such, they never question the "status quo" and what they are led to believe is the ironclad, infallible truth provided by the media and powers-that-be.

Mario G. Rivera's avatar

Exactly. America was chosen long ago by the Nazi Zionist criminals the likes of the Rothschild-Rockefeller Cartel of Khazars to own it and use Israel as its kingdom for the New World Order. The evil glue has been the "Chosen" biblical myth which was manipulated heavily by the Lotos Club in Manhattan NYC since 1901 headed by the evil ardent Nazi Zionist Samuel Untermeyer/Untermyer with promoting the Zionist Scofield Bible. Its BS of dispensationalism and end times poisoned the well in the Evangelical Movement with so many wolves in the church the likes of Hagee, Billy Graham, Falwell, Schaeffer, Robertson, et al, which created the perfect American sheeple for Israel. Things haven't changed much in 2026.

Davina's avatar

Spot on. These criminal zionists play a long game, and care not one white how many are killed to achieve their aim of world domination. Of course the name on that bible is that of a convicted criminal who, on release from prison converted to judaism and was used by the zionists to be the frontman for there rewritten bible by pretending it was a reference bible to ^help^ people understand its meaning, although the meaning was well understood by several generations before this book appeared with added changes in each of its many editions, which somehow Schofeld (changed to scofield) managed to still edit new editions many years after his death. This book was given to new evangelical pastors on graduating and that was to be used in their teachings. Definitely playing the long game, and the world is much worse for it.

And yet, by the astonishing alchemy of Hollywood, the greatest killers of the last one hundred years have somehow been transmuted into being seen as the greatest victims, a transformation so seemingly implausible that future generations will surely be left gasping in awe."

Israel ensures never-ending wars that keep the trillion dollar “defence” scam going. There’s your perfect algorithm of death and opulent wealth.

All regarding the Middle East anyway.

PhilH's avatar

But surely this has been going on since long before the United States' involvement. It was the British who gave the Zionists the Balfour Declaration and also arbitrarily divided up the Middle East into "countries".

Davina's avatar

Very much at the instigation by the US, and it's evangelicals who are desperate for the end days, which would be quite different from what they are hoping for.

David Baird's avatar

Damn right, Davina. Were I able, I'd happily, painfully assist the evangelicals in their ascent of their stairway to heaven and, failing that, I'd suggest they take the Branch Davidian approach, drink the Kool Aid and leave the rest of us in peace. There are times I wish there WERE a god to give 'em some rough justice. Poisonous, infectious pricks the lot.

Davina's avatar

You got it spot on, David.

Personally, I can't wait for their personal "end of days".

Rothschilds had been financing settlement by Zionists in Palestine in the 1800s, maybe before.. Rothchilds had also been exploring for petroleum in Mid and near East with some success. In 1897 a Zionist congress in Basel Europe started a push for an "Israel" homeland in Palestine. Around 1914 huge oil deposits found in Iran. In 1917 Balfour Declaration addressed to Lord Rothschild declared UK support for "Israel" in Palestine. "Israel" is all about $ and control of oil and other riches in Mid East, for US, UK etc business . Zionist and Christian end times rubbish is propaganda to achieve this, as is the criminal neglect of mainstream media who hide political truths..

Veronica Baker's avatar

It was the Rothschild's who demanded that the Ashkenazi Jews place Israel in Palestine, in return for the Rothschild's getting the USA to join the war, a thing they had already put into motion as they knew they would get what they wanted, which is why the letter of the Balfour declaration was sent to Lord Rothschild before anyone else. That particular brand of Jew ruled the UK long before USA got over run with them.

Julie Anne's avatar

Yep. A closer look at WW1 and WW2 needs to be documented linking all these machinations of US/UK/Europe business and politics and the chaotic murderous creation of Israel. Ironic that the Balfour Declaration stated clearly Britains support on condition "it being clearly understood nothing shall be done which may prejudice the civil and religious rights of existing non-jewish communities in Palestine ...".

Davina's avatar

Stating "non-jewish communities" is putting them above the indigenous people who had for thousands of years lived and built Palestine, peacefully. Look at it now, look at what they have done and are still doing "during a ceasefire". Zionist jews do not deserve any peace any where any time. There is no punishment great enough to pay for what they are still doing to unarmed people. Only heartless, soulless people would drop phosphorous bombs on people in tents, and sit on a hillside to watch the ^show^.

The sooner satan takes them back the kinder this world will become.

Veronica Baker's avatar

Except they didn't really mean it when they added those final words, after a thing is done and in place, England were renown for going back on what they had written, said, even put a signature to.

Davina's avatar

As the Scots and Irush can attest to.

Veronica Baker's avatar

And the Welsh, in fact most especially the Welsh, to a certain extent the Welsh are still given problems by the English, which is why when you see anything the English government write, the Scottish are separate, the Irish were before Southern Ireland won total acknowledged freedom but if you take notice the government always write England and Wales, meaning one entity because England still exerts it's power there.

Davina's avatar

Was that decision before or after they got German's nazis to harrass then incarcerate, and then exterminate jews in Europe, in order to get those that survived to rush to the stolen land of Palestine? Zionists have used jews extremely well, I do not know how they will adjust when the zionists have no further use for them, or if they can adjust to realising how long and how well they have been pawns in a zionist long game - all that ^chosen^ will go straight down the toilet.

Israel, the place of stolen land by murder, may look pretty on the outside but there are some monstrous horrors going on underneath, and have been since it's inception.

Veronica Baker's avatar

The Israeli Jews will do what they always do throughout their history, appear to be fractured into a thousand pieces if Iran, not zioninists wreck Israel for good and before you know it will have regrouped somewhere else to begin again.

"The west created the violence it claims to be countering."

Why, of course it did. That's what the West is good at--making up excuses to steal others' oil and other natural resources. Oh, and do a lot of killin' of innocents for good measure. That's where the West really excels. SIGH.

Power to the People. One State Palestine. Help Wanted.

Davina's avatar

Only if it's for Palestinians only. You let israeli zionists live there there will never be peace be ause they will insist in being part of the government and want to have all the top jobs. It would not work. No use pretending it could.

Veronica Baker's avatar

I agree, Palestine for the Palestinian as it used to be, Muslims, Christians and yes even Jews, but the kind who fled from Israels clutches.

Davina's avatar

Yes, so an extreme vetting of jews, sorry but many of you are out there trying for sympathy because of Iran fighting back, especially even people who do not live over there but here in Australia, UK and, of course, America. Get over yourselves, the sympathy goes to the ones israel is killing IN YOUR NAME.

Veronica Baker's avatar

You should know by my past comments that I in no way am against Iran, I'm the person from the get go said that Iran had got this, while others were saying they won't beat USA, I support Iran, Al Qassam, Al Quds in Gaza, Ansrallah in Yemen and Hezbollah in Lebanon, all I was talking about were the Palestinian Jews that used to live peacefully with the Muslims and Christians in Palestine before Israel fucked it up.

"But the argument that permanent war is justified because you think that some book of made-up stories commands you to give military support to a nation that’s younger than Dolly Parton does not deserve to be taken seriously." No doubt about it, Caitlin. There are all those other writers and then there's you. Your commentaries cut through all the clutter creatively and with a distinctive verve. Btw, I'm stealing your line about Dolly Parton.

Everything revolves around the United States dollar. Toward the end of World War II, nearly all the world's gold was in the United States. And in the first 22 days of July 1944, the Bretton Woods agreements were signed, establishing a fixed exchange rate system, the "Gold Exchange Standard," based on the U.S. dollar, backed by gold and convertible into gold ($35 per ounce), with foreign currencies pegged to the dollar. Over the next quarter-century, the United States issued dollars in quantities vastly greater than the value of its gold holdings, and on August 15, 1971, President Nixon declared the system's end and introduced a floating exchange rate regime. Due to the enormous amount of dollars created out of thin air with no real collateral, the U.S. currency continued to lose value. The solution was the petrodollar: oil-exporting countries committed to denominating the price of oil in dollars, and the United States committed to supporting the regimes of those countries, starting with the Sauds of Saudi Arabia. Thus, oil-importing countries must purchase dollars to pay for oil, keeping dollar demand and therefore its exchange rate high. All the leaders of oil-exporting countries who attempted to denominate the price of oil in currencies other than the dollar, from Saddam Hussein (Iraq) to Muammar Gaddafi (Libya), were eliminated. But not Russia and Iran. This is the fundamental reason pushing the United States against these two countries. What does Israel have to do with it? The State of Israel was created by the controllers of money, therefore the controllers of the dollar, who use Israel to try to maintain the dollar's hegemony. At any cost. The rest is just semblance.

When you include the enrichment of the MIC that comes about through funding the US-Israel self-justification loop, I think it is a system that functions as a self-licking ice-cream cone.

Thank you for writing a truth that more Americans need to hear. Your average American has no idea what the Palestinian people lost when Israel was created and what's been done to them since. It's a story that needs to be told. Does that make you antisemitic? No. Anti Zionist dream? Yes.
