History shows conclusively that Israel is an enemy of America.

They are not an ally or a friend.

We constantly hear American politicians in both major political parties and an array of media pundits tell me that Israel is our greatest ally and friend in the Middle East. The thing is, these people never explain why Israel is considered such a great ally and friend. They just ramble on about how Israel is a democracy and expect people to believe that this is somehow a sufficient explanation.

When we carefully analyze the history of Israel, we see conclusively that they have been openly hostile to the United States.

Anybody who believes that Israel is an ally and America’s friend is either ignorant, a shill or an outright fool. Unfortunately, this country is filled with these types of people, and it is why American foreign policy continues to benefit Israel over the interests of America.

Glen Greenwald is covering the relationship between Israel and the US and it's really interesting. It's on Rumble. Free. I have to cut him off every once in a while because this genocidal attack on Gaza is unnerving. He just posted a statement by Vivek Ramaswamy and the first line is that necon idealogy cost the US trillions and killed millions in pointless wars that didn't advance our interests. Time to move to a realistic future. A note at the bottom states Nikki Haley, whom I loathe, will have millions l flow in to support her campaign so the neocon warmonger mentality will prevail in the republican party. If you haven't read it, read a Clean Break, and follow it up with the Project for a New American Century which has put forth the agenda for all our Miiddle Eastern wars including taking down Russia.

They unleashed nuclear bombs on civilians in Hiroshima and Nagasaki. A crime against humanity - no, TWO of them - each so grotesque that they have no parallel in human history. Strangely no one calls these “holocausts”…..!!

And at war, while they nuked Hiroshima and Nakagaski, their own armies contained apartheid - segregated troops.

And while at war and all the way until the late 1960s, they violated human rights at home practicing apartheid aka “Jim Crow” segregation. With at best prison or at worst, summary execution (“lynching”) for anyone who dared to try and fight it. These were violations of human rights.

Even now until this day the US practices human rights violations with huge levels of police brutality against its minorities, followed by mass incarceration of them that far exceeds anything they have ever accused China of….and in the US prisons the prisoners are brutalised, and subject to both forced labour and solitary confinement which are allowed by the US constitution despite being acknowledged as torture and violations of human rights by the United Nations and global human rights standards.

The hypocrisy and psychopathy is neck deep and decades old.

I discovered that when I was 7, and might have mentioned it here. I caught on to that lie watching cowboy and Indian movies, where the cowboys were good no matter how bad they were in stealing Indian land, and killing them off. As a child you ask why, but no answers from grown ups make sense. Then comes a day, maybe when you're 8 when you realize the government just lies to pretend it is good. I never saluted the flag in school after I realized that, never said the last part, with liberty and justice for all, and all these years later it still applies.

"The criminality of US allies gets ignored, downplayed and frantically obfuscated, while the criminality of US enemies gets spotlighted, exaggerated, and pushed to the forefront of international attention."

This has been so obvious these past few years (decades really) that it almost doesn't bear repeating--EXCEPT for the fact that the US Ministry of Truth works overtime to continue this farce that the US is a humanitarian bastion of "freedom and democracy" (always in quotes). Because you pegged it perfectly, Caitlin:

"The US empire is a psychopathic killer wearing a plastic smiling mask of compassion and humanitarianism. But if you look closely it’s not hard to catch a glimpse of the snarling, blood-spattered face underneath."

The mask is slipping. It's time for We the People to rip it off and throw it away. Once exposed, we will have to cage the blood-spattered, snarling beast once and for all and allow a genuinely humane society to flourish. Or else it'll eat us all for lunch.

The US Has A Standing Policy Of Ignoring The Human Rights Violations Of Its Allies.

They don't just ignore them they reward their human rights violating allies with even more weapons and funds which only add's to the debt while the rich grow even richer.

When the ICC was considering investigating US war crimes the ICC was threatened while Israeli's denied the ICC to do their own investigation but offered to investigate their own and then found absolutely nothing wrong.

Here's the problem - the ICC and Geneva conventions are utterly pointless while there's no one world government to back it up and I'm not proposing a one world government either.

Our so called politicians need to stop kowtowing to Washington's increasingly illogical diktat and take charge which requires a spine which is something that our political representatives lack since they are made from rubber and bounce all over the place.

It also requires a well informed citizenry who'll demand nothing less but an immediate end to politicians kowtowing to Washington or we might as well embrace anarchy.

Then there's John Mearschaumer who has informed us that we [Australians] have sacrificed prosperity for security - one presumes that this is applied all over the world which means that we also need an economic system that isn't based on usury or nothing changes and we'll continue borrowing from the financial elite and then promising to repay that amount with interest which is impossible but that is how nations lost control over their sovereignty and then there's aspect of what happened in the lead up and after the second world war as everything that's happening is the result of long term planning involving several generations.

As mentioned the real trouble here is that it's impossible to enforce international laws and the Geneva conventions without a one world government in place - and we don't want one either just look at the US and it's global intentions [Empire]

So then it's up to individual governments to adhere and enforce international laws which is also impossible since they've effectively become US vassal states no thanks to the second world war and then there are numerous trade and defense agreements all designed so that the signing nations lose control over their sovereignty.
