However I will make you an offer in all sincerity. A number of years ago we purchased a foreclosed property next door to us and tore down the house. There is nothing there now but an idyllic pond and a horse pasture. There is already a well and septic system. If you and Tim might ever be inclined to move to our rural township in Michigan between Flint and Lansing, I would gladly allow you to set up a modular home or build a small home there.
