On the one hand you have Zionist Jews who believe they are chosen by God to own all of the middle east, and on the other you have nut cases like Huckabee who believes that the rapture will wash all the Jews away and the holy land will belong to the Christians. Yet these two factions are united in their fervor for "protecting" Israel. The irony and the craziness almost defy description.

The Catholic Pope blessed the Crusaders and gave them license to slaughter any and all people who were not wearing the Crusader tunic. Those Catholics murdered Muslim, Jews, Greeks, Armenians, Palestinians— including unarmed women and children — in their bloodlust to “rescue” the Holy Land.

The mission of the Crusades (more than one) was to loot the Holy Land and allegedly secure safe passage for merchants pursuing trade with China and India. It was all about business and profits.

Most of the soldiers of the Crusades were impressionable teenagers and young men from relatively poor families who were looking for adventure and a chance to improve their economic status. Not much has changed regarding the armed forces of many countries, today.

There were several Popes.

In addition to blessing the Crusades, the Catholic Church endorsed other un-Christian evils. Pope Nicholas V authorized Portugal to slaughter or subjugate Saracens/Muslims or Black Africans in general. In 1493, Pope Alexander VI authorized Portugal and Spain to claim lands and to subjugate non-Catholic people in the New World and anywhere else.

The Spanish Inquisition, in the name of the Catholic Church endured from 1478 until 1834.

Evangelical Christians are actually “Business Christians” believing in everlasting wealth rather than everlasting life. Their clean, white life is supposed to bring them the ultimate in economic freedom. This is not the way of Jesus, who overthrew the tables of the money-changers, who helped every person in need. It is easier for a camel to get through the eye of the needle than a rich person to get into Heaven. The “eye” was a small door in the “Needle” gate in Jerusalem. Ask your relatives to lay their burdens at the foot of the Cross and read the book of Acts in the Bible.

Hi Jodi Vaccino, Treat the issue as just 2 different human points of view, which need to be looked at side-by-side in order to be able to contrast & compare perspective, logic, facts, figures, events, emotion, effects, etc. Blaming or personal recrimination & the like can be left in left-field with the focus on giving each party a turn at the bat, unencumbered by personal attack. The term 'debate' comes from the French 'de' = 'undo' + 'bate' = 'the fight').

All humanity's worldwide 'indigenous' (Latin 'self-generating') ancestors cultivated COUNCIL PROCESS in circles of observers, Socrates as 'Dialectic-Rights, Mohandas Gandhi as 'Satyagraha' = 'Truth-Search' as-part-of India's 'Swadeshi' (Hindi 'Indigenous' aka 'Self-sufficiency') movement as the Economic Engine which asserted India's Independence.

Formal Dialogues or Dialectics mimic the functioning of the human mind. Both eyes for example see in 2-dimensions, but the images are joined in the Neural Cortex for their differences in order to construct a 3-D working model of the world we live & act in. All senses of Smell, Hearing & Kinetic body movement from our 2 arms, legs & sides add 'dialectic' ('both-sided') dimensions to the world we perceive. When people are recorded & held responsible for what they say, reputation is put out into the public & hence becomes more collaborative & engaging.

This 'dialectic' ('both-sided') process involves, any 2 people, jotting down their opening suppositions, shared before the dialogue, then read out to begin the Both-sides-now, Equal-time, Recorded & shared Dialogue. In a family affair such as this you or they might want to choose those who are allowed to see, hear or read the recording. Cell-phones have this audio-video recording capacity. Typically 90 minutes with 45 minutes accorded to each person. As a speaker talks, they record their speaking time on a Stop-watch, such as is found on most regular electronic & digital watches today. Have notepads for each person, refreshments. Someone to operated the recorder & serve refreshments is helpful. It is possible for 2 people who follow the basic guidelines to do this on their own. If your sisters don't accept the offer, then make the Both-sides-now recording with other family members, friends, workmates or neighbours & then share in various circles of people.

In my birth family, we would meet regularly for family debates. Growing up with an older brother, if we got into a fight, a parent would step in with a watch & say, "Let's hear 'Both-sides-now'". I learned sometimes working through childhood rage, to greatly appreciate my brother as an ally. I've found this foundation of always considering both-sides of issues, life, Joni-Mitchell etc, as most helpful in every endeavor, I'm involved in, now at 72 years old. Here are some further description of the Both-sides-now process.

I wouldn't call it superficial - it's wise. You cannot control life of adults even if they're your relations.

Tell them that they are antisemitics because their beliefs means that Jews must die when Christ comes back unless they convert to Christianity.

That means that they don’t really support Jews. It means that they don’t care if they die.

These are truly dangerous and scary times. Lunatic fanatics and ignorant people (with no knowledge of history) are now advising capo dei capi Don Trump to strike Iran. It’ll be deja vu for many Iranians who experienced the devastating Iran-Iraq war planned by US; and they survived. They are resilient people. As Patrick Lawrence suggests:

“We are all Iranians now.”

Thank you for this report! But I have a better connection to God than Huckabee and She has told me in 4 simple English words, an everlasting truth: Thou shall not kill. One more reason for this illegal attack on Iran - it opens the second front against Russia since Russia has committed to supporting Iran. The West is failing on it's first front (Ukraine - same as Kursk-1943) and will fall on its sword on this second front as well. 10 seconds to Midnight, anyone? (Nuclear clock)

Well , the Congress did nothing to remove Biden, the man who started this servile support for Israel and who supplied every piece of weaponry that caused every death in Gaza

"How fucking stupid do you have to believe the lies about Iran? It’s just a much dumber, much more obvious version of the Iraq war narratives, pushed by a much dumber, much more obvious US president."

The problem is that the audience have been getting exponentially dumber by the day since then. They'll lap it up.

15 seconds.

Trump keeps lying about how the Ukraine war wouldn’t have started if he had been president when he was the first president that armed and trained Ukrainian military. How long until he says that the Iran war wouldn’t have started if he had been president?

Keep seeing how if you elect clowns then expect a circus.

Premillenial dispensationalism is a vile heresy against the Christian faith. It has only existed for 150 years or so. It's vehemently opposed by every mainline denomination of Christianity. The Southern USA is the only place in the world it is common.

Mike’s message reads less like diplomacy and more like the unhinged diary entry of someone who thinks Kirk Cameron should be Secretary of State. And Truman? Really? They’re not even hiding it anymore—they’re openly LARPing the Book of Revelation with nukes.

This isn’t prophecy. It’s propaganda dipped in Pentecostal panic. And if you still think Trump is “anti-war,” I’ve got a first-class seat on the rapture shuttle to sell you.

It’s sad to see this Armageddon deception take hold of so many Christians. Unbeknownst to them the eschatological framework they hold dear was propagated by Rothschild and Oxford printing presses through the Scofield study Bible. Modern Israel had nothing to do with “Bible prophecy” all was already fulfilled in the person of Jesus Christ. Don’t fall for it! Modern Israel is not in the Bible!

Amen to this truth which so many overlook.

The Jews rejected the true Mesiah, and had him murdered, this removing their chance of the New Covenant with God.

This meant that they had to cling to their Old Covenant with God, and the rituals which it required.

The Jews then lost the only thing binding them to their Covenant with God, the Ark of the Covenant, which means that the Jews have Absolutely No Covenant with God.
