I can't stand the fact that we're not allowed to object to an f***ing genocide. It just makes me sick.

Excuses like "it's anti-semitic" are just plain lame. Babies are getting killed, infrastructure destroyed, people starving and freezing to death, every kind of abuse imaginable being inflicted on innocent people. and we're not supposed to say anything?

How stupid and morally blind do they think we are?

And how absolutely unconscionable are the people who are arming Israel, gaslighting us and providing cover?

John Turcot's avatar

It’s not as much as being stupid, as much as it is to have won the Money game. It’s all about Money, yet it continues to be a taboo topic… have no Money, you’re done.. The master is not Israel as much as it is Money… Money, and the power of Mondy.

Moebius Infinity's avatar

The bigger problem is tax that devaluates 'money' .

Add to this that NATO, that was supposed to be funded with tax money, now wants 5% of GDP SUPERTAX ON TOP OF THAT.

"How stupid and morally blind do they think we are?"

Their assessment could be pretty accurate. They are experts on what they can get away with.

They just dont give a shit.

Religious madness... Someone promised us some land.

If some nutter points at a luxury car and says I PROMISE YOU THAT CAR. Then 2000 years later your grandchildren hear about that promise and decide they are entitled to have luxury cars and take whatever car they want.

Thats how crazy it is when you deal with religious mindphuckery.

In a totalitarian technocratic world voices dont matter. Politician are useless. And all who think that politicians 'save us' need to pinch themselves.

They are not in power. BIG CORP. IS IN POWER.

And the Epsteins of this world are still pulling strings.

There are about 2 million Epstein documents.

Lets say a document has 3 pages on average. Then there are 6 million pages.

Every document covers 2 names at minimum. 1 who wrote it 1 who received it.

Then the people mentioned in it, politicians, brands or corporations they are connected with.

If all of us publish 1 epstein file per day the govnerment will go away.

;-)

And this is my main plan for 2026. Not sure if i can keep it up, or if i get cancelled or anything.

I can only hope that people join, or post links.

there were 10 foreign ministers criticizing the ban (with 'strong statements'). in the mean time there's 14 countries intervening in the icj-case (hopefully somewhat) on the side of south-africa. all of this is of course grossly insufficient. politicians dare not confess that the thing that works, a total blockade of goods and services coming out or going into israel, is beyond their power. corporations will not agree to it, control of the economy is entirely privatized.

Davina's avatar

And that is one if the tools I talked about in the the last couple of days. Israel blockades everything Gaza needs just to survive. It's time Israel felt what it's like to have a total blockade on your regime, if you give it, you should be made to face taking it.

So, stop the weapons just for starters, plus the parts, and, of course, food, but not chocolate bars, any minerals, electricity, water, fuel - it's the least they should suffer considering they're not being bombed, yet.

Indu Abeysekara's avatar

But, Davina who is going to blockade Israel? Who is going to stop the weapons? Who is going to stop anything going to Israel? Who is going to stop the fugitive from international justice from strutting about and feted in the USA? Remember how many countries' airspace the monster flew over before landing in the US.

Those countries could have barred their airspace, forced his plane down and made a citizen's arrest.

How can any of this happen? The US, western countries, the compliant media owned by the oligarchs, the monied class, the ruling class are one with the present day holocaust, one with the genocide. They have to justify settler colonialism. As it is the same path they took to their 'prosperity'.

Unless.... the American people have the guts to rise up and throw out the tyrants and the neoliberal capitalism that enslaves them. They owe it to a better world.

Spunty's avatar

Spain has. Ireland has. Italian dock workers have.

dale ruff's avatar

Who is going to stop the weapon? Those who provide them. Recently, the Sanders bill in the Senate to stop arms shipment to Israel got a majority of the Dems to support it. The upcoming election, with a Democratic tsunami may well provide the ammunition to stop sending arms to Israel.....nothing else is possible so here is something that has the potential to cripple the Zionist massacre.

"Short war? Yes, Israel can fight without new U.S. weapons — briefly.

Prolonged war? No.

Multi-front regional war? Absolutely not.

Maintaining air dominance and missile defense long-term? Impossible without U.S. support.

Israel’s military strength is real — but its sustainability is tied to the United States. That’s not a moral claim or a political opinion. It’s logistics, industrial capacity, and modern warfare reality." As Trump loses power, a 2026 victory by Democrats, if progressive, could allow more and more Repubolicans to abandon ship like MTG and Massie and Goddar and Paul, who denounce Israel, and more and more Democrats to join with the majority to support the bill that would cripple the Israeli military. It's not a guarantee but the only possible way to stop them.

Such good points, Dale ... my rants often have to do with the fact that the same government criminals who stole my money (via taxes) ... are using it to Kill Babies, both indirectly (snipers) and babies (vaxxines). For years I have been saying that I wish they would just burn it.

Cutting off Redacted's supply of money and weapons is the only way to cripple the demon ... highly analogous to the growing Nullification and Secession movements gaining momentum in the US.

To wit, the benefits of States leaving are many, but probably the greatest lies in interrupting the $💀$ flow that keeps the demon Leviathan viable and growing. Ditto for the maximally mendacious M.E. monster.

If you have to point out all the why nots, that's your prerogative but I prefer to see what people can do when they finally see what is being done in their name. It can be done. There's more than one way to skin a cat (with apologies to Feral, Gypsy33 and all cat lovers, of which I am one).

dale ruff's avatar

Ok, short of electing politicians who will vote, as most Democrats in the Senate did, to stop shipping arms to Israel, what can people do? You cannot denounce an actual movement to cripple Israel with a vague comment there is more than one way to skin a cat? What other way do you see? Please present and support that it is actually possible.

Davina's avatar

When people organise they can, and do, bring about massive change. So many people around the planet are desperate for a cause to join, especially when it comes to the genocide of Gazas. Something has to be done to stop the murders of innocent people.

Today I saw a Jewish male, Almany Odeh, speak out about the genocide enacted by satanyahu - in Knesset, to his fac. Odes listed one atrocity after another and said Netenyahu was the problem and it was/is all on him.

Of course he was dragged out of the room, but it is, as you said, a tiny crack in the damn.

In fact I have just listened to dozens of Jews stating that they no longer support israel, that it is the one place where jews can never feel safe. One fellow pointed to Segal and her appointment and said she was not fighting anti-semitism she was causing anti-semitism (I can't agree with that part because there are no semitic jews left on this planet). But it is a few more cracks in the damn that will soon be a deluge.

Davina's avatar

Oh, I do hope so, it would be wonderful to share a coffee with all of you have been speaking up for so long and more so with all the survivors who were part of rebuilding their homeland

dale ruff's avatar

MLK got people organized so he could go to Congress and LBJ and say, ok it's time to act Organization to elect progressive Democrats who will vote to stop sending arms to Israel is the only possible solution. If you have another that is realistic, what is it. The quickest way to stop the murders is to stop sending the weapons to do it. That means passing the Sanders bill and to do that Democrats must crush Republicans, some of whom are joining the anti-Israel movement, to create a 51 vote majority in the Senate. What other possible alternative is there to stop the murders other than to vote to take away their weapons?

Davina's avatar

Why are you so negative, is it me you don't like or are you always the naysayer?

How did they get Korea stop using coal? People power. How did the African apartheid get stopped? People power. Why do you think israeli lobbyists are always right there on anything they think might affect israel negatively? It's the mass of persistent letters, emails, phone calls, pretty much like people power not taking no for answer a d keep going until they get what they wand done. Who has managed to get some countruesto stop sending weapons to israel? People power. People are coming together all over this planet and are getting results.

When a Jewishman stands up in the israeli parliament and lists the babies who have died by bombings, one being twins whose father was registering their births and tried to call his wife, when he got home he saw why, with one israeli bomb he became a widow and list his one day old twins. He then listed a bunch if things Israel's IOF had done then pointed out list if why satanyahu was the worst PM they had ever had, while that PM sat there looking as if he was stoned-he knows his time is over because jews everywhere are speaking out against that regime and it's atrocities. People will get this done as they have for centuries, by standing up to be counted.

"So Israel wants to get rid of those de facto reporters to hide its crimes." They can try, but their own soldiers have already bragged so much about how they have destroyed homes and killed people, paraded around with women's clothing hanging from their bodies. Israeli ministers brag about the crimes of the IDF. They can't hide their crimes but they can cause more suffering, more children to die. "it’s the rhetoric and language on Israel that motivates the people to come and kill us.” Well, maybe, just maybe, if Israel stopped murdering people, starving people and destroying all of Gaza's hospitals, schools and homes, then maybe nobody would get confused and think that all Jews are Zionists and want to murder Jews. And while they are stopping all that, maybe they might consider stopping murdering people in the West Bank, in Lebanon and in Syria. Israel is a blight on the earth and Israel's supporters, wherever they are, are right in there blighting the earth along with Israel.

Davina's avatar

Maybe they could stop "mourning" jews from waving israeli flags at funerals and in groups touring jew deaths. That many flags at one gathering for fifteen deaths shouts to the world "We are israelis" at the very least it shows them as supporters of a genocidal state full if Europeans.

Susan T's avatar

I would like to see the Israeli flag disappear from everywhere. It is an insult to the people they are supposedly mourning.

The Israeli thought police are destroying liberal democracies from within. Nothing threatens them more than free speech, open and honest reporting and the evidence of their barbaric, industrial scale sadism and inhuman cruelty. And they know it. Anyone who thinks it is ‘antisemitic’ to protest about this is saying such brutal savagery is inherently Jewish which, insanely, is more deeply antisemitic than any form of words they demand is banned.

Not only do they think we are stupid, they think they have a right to wreck our societies in order to save their US armed fortress and fake theme park, allowing them to massacre anybody who stands in their way, or occupies land they want.

Moral courage requires standing up for our rights, and being opposed to genocide, coercion and being silenced.

I know a great handful of academics, and a good few quite personally. They each tell me the same story:

-that those at the helm of their given field are barely capable of staying on top of all the remarkable things that come out in their own field, and that much goes unnoticed. Despite this- an unearned confidence that they in fact *are* on top of things.

The other fields are nearly unknown, and collaborative efforts across fields demonstrates this most clearly. Michael Levin said it best : "I can tell what field my audience is from, due to what of my work seems obvious and what parts are heretical. The two swap places across every field, marked at every edge by things entirely unfamiliar" (I'm mildly paraphrasing here. This was from an interview with the YT Curt Jaimingal)

-That said certainty often leads to a tireless effort to spend one's knowledge and energy closing doors and opportunities for exploration in an egotistical battle to demonstrate your personal prowess for spotting bullshit, and decreeing much as such.

This alone alienates most academics from eachother, with a brave few willing to talk across the aisle, all of whom nearly run circles around the other kind. And these luminaries all report how truly backwards the intellectual system in the west is.

-that all this here is largely the work of things we take for granted in our earliest development as infants. Rather than developing nervous systems that are highly robust in resilience and outfitted for collaborative attachment, our western capitalist drive towards profit spurs division and time consumption that robs our children, leading to an expedited state of increasing competitive detachment. It makes us fragile, aggressive, and the cortisol has fried our brains like acid in a rainforest.

This, most of all, on those whose pace of expectations are a perpetual mad dash, with safety and prestige hanging in the balance.

I am a bodyworker, and while I get along best with intellectuals, I will tell you, the very same metabolic activities that allow a mind to do Olympic level abstracting-- is the very same redirection of metabolic energy that further fries the nervous system. We are like disembodied ghost in our own bodies, and it plays out as a wild fire on the nervous system and our capacity for curiosity, patience, and prosociality.

Every one of these Ivy leagues would benefit handsomely from unplugging, and just being with those closest to them, and when they come back to their work, doing that which helps others do the same.

dale ruff's avatar

The point is not about specialization among academics buit the fact that the Triump team is made up of highly intelligent elite educated people, whom, if we underestimate us, play into their hands and result in our defeat.

Seems to me, that an Ivy degree ensures the recipient is a dipshit.
