Simple pulsing reggae in a minor key (Gmin) will do the job nicely. As the repeat interlude, between verses, I'd use "Palantir princes won’t look so chipper when their melons meet the melon snipper" -- with a fat congested guitar sound aping the vocal melody and a high-voiced chorus behind shouting: "go forth and sing, ye castrati".
Already have an ascending melody & chord progression for those two lines.

Have got the basic chord structure in reggae syncopation, w/vocal melody for a complete verse with [synthesized] guitar accents..
Need to work out the bass line. Verse structure will work for all 4 verses
