This man is allegedly the 'leader of the Free world,' so Shameful!

Not to mention he spoke moments after President Putin's interview, one where he showed himself to be rational, temperate & humorous; light years ahead of Joe, whose faculties are not even 'there' anymore. The United States of America is basically a complete goner at this point!

I knew President Putin is a brilliant man but that interview more than confirmed it. That actually might be the most important interview in recent history. It was a pleasure to be spoken to like an adult. Not a big fan of Tucker Carlson but... Bravo!

That walk in the Rose Garden, with Nancy whispering answers to the entire questioning by a reporter was stunning. I swear it was included in a Micheal Moore film. I should have stored it. I spent 1/2 hr. searching, and nothing.

Seems many of those moments have been scrubbed from history. I found one but it's not the best. The walk in the Rose Garden is frightening knowing he was constantly trying to go to war. The famous Sat. morning "Ladies and Gentleman we just bombed the Soviet Union"

From then on every time the monthly warning went off we checked the time and now we are doing the same.

IF the US fails?

News flash, Pissy. Amerikkka IS a failed state. Record credit card debt; a majority of Amerikkkans can’t cough up $400 for an emergency; rampant homelessness; people dying for lack of medical accessibility; crumbling infrastructure; nonstop inflation; a “leader” who steals our tax dollars to fund one losing war and a genocide.

But yeah, we’re just fucking THRIVING here, aren’t we?

NONE OF OUR BUSINESS, the only thing that should concern us is: be a 'good neighbor' (no threats, but negotiations - WE FUCKED UP: after the fall of the USSR our leaders were too greedy and of course NATO did not want to loose their cushy jobs, so any talk about taking Russia into the 'world family' was DEAD on ARRIVAL!) Furthermore I think Mr Putin's approval rating is far over any other 'rules based international order' leader ...

For good reason, Elisabeth; Mr. Putin is a true statesman. With each of his speeches I listen to, I think, Why can’t Amerikkkans elect such a leader?

Supposing all of that is True, the fact is that the 'Strong Horse' at present to the Global South is President Putin. So in that sense, even if all that immorality is True, what he showed last night was that on the competence front, he is Light years ahead of American 'leadership' (if we can call it that).

World leaders are Violent, that's part of their job description. Those who are incapable of Violence are those who are either *impotent (due to being puppets to other regimes) or incompetent (i.e. not knowing their job description):

I am not saying Putin is a 'Moral Leader,' I am saying he is an *effective* leader. & this will make people Flock to him en masse from now onward.

The question is ... who gave the go-ahead to the press corp to start asking questions about Biden's "age," "memory," "gaffes," etc.?

Don't insult our intelligence. Every journalist in Washington D.C. has known this for four years ... why are they suddenly asking questions about this now?

And they won't stop since his painful answers just proved the charges.

So ... put a stake in the presidency of "Joe Biden." Caitlin is right. It doesn't matter who holds the office, but it's not going to be Biden. I'm sure the front man or woman to replace him has already been selected for us.

The big question is will the public blame the "watchdog" press for covering up the fact the "leader of the free world" has no brain.

Voting has not been working anywhere for a long time. Democracies are not really democracies any more. We need a new system. I wonder what kind of dementia Biden has. I have two friends who have had Alzheimer's for a few years now and they are not even as coherent as Biden. If he has Alzheimer's, it is inhumane to keep him in the spotlight. Dementia patients eventually do not do what they are told at all.

Expand full comment

Susan there are many forms of dementia, even people who have diseases like Parkinson's can develop dementia. I never thought he was calling the shots but his administration has implemented a neocon agenda, like his proxy war in Ukraine. Blinken is a neocon and Nuland married to the biggest neocon of all, Kagan is in the Biden administration too, and she's a big Russia hater. Remember her on the phone during the coup in Ukraine talking on the phone about who the next president of Ukraine should be?

-“The biggest danger to the security of a nation’s citizens in the modern age is NOT a military invasion by an army of foreign soldiers. It’s an infiltration of their government by an army of foreign and domestic billionaires sending handpicked soulless bureaucrats to get control of key offices in their nation’s capital. His speech about getting food and supplies into Gaza to help those suffering people while we fund the genocide that is killing them, well, maybe it's better to be senile when you're an American president. Interesting that during the 21st century Bush/Cheney, Obama, and Biden carried out our middle eastern wars that were put forth before we even went into Afghanistan after the 9/11 attacks which tells you those decisions do not reside with the president, although someone like Cheney is another story, since he signed on to these wars a few years before we had our New Pearl Harbor, on 9/11

What an exact analogy.Capitalism never ever allows or has allowed real democracy. In England to avet a revolution they instituted the House of the Commoners under the real friends of the rulers the House of Lords Finally in 1911 they were forced to abandon the power of their House to overturn vital legislation issuing from the Commoners . In the USA they did have period of post war instability where a POTUS John F Kennedy started issuing real threats to the Real system by the legislation he was proposing- So they assassinate him.
