Their entire game is based on propaganda and very effective spins - but that is costing ordinary human lives! All in all, I could detach my heart and mind and understand it is all a geopolitical game but I can’t. My heart is screaming for these monsters to stop!

By the way if you’re interested in firsthand reporting from the frontlines, have a look at my posts from Lebanon where I have documented the war for 4 weeks prior to the ceasefire.

           WAR IS PEACE

Damn!, Reuters,

you really outdid yourself this time.

Main headline at Reuters:

UK's Starmer tries to restore hope for Ukraine peace at summit

from article:

The British leader said on Sunday an urgent round of calls to Trump, Zelenskiy and French President Emmanuel Macron over the weekend had cemented the idea that a "coalition of the willing" in Europe would need to move quickly to come up with a peace plan to be presented to the United States.

That meant Europe moving faster than it had done to show it can defend itself, Starmer said, adding he was not criticising other nations but making it clear that countries needed to step up as Britain and France had by offering peacekeeping troops.

Reuters knew that they had said the quiet Orwelian part outloud.

This:

Real meaning: EU 'Peacekeeping' forces in Ukraine to stand toe to toe against Russian forces as a tripwire for WWIII.

I have seen them update the article twice in the last hour. It is much more nuanced.

Now, from Reuters:

"Both had pressed the U.S. leader to offer "a backstop" to a potential European peacekeeping force in the event of a deal between Kyiv and Moscow. While they had failed to secure a promise from Trump, they were relieved that he had not rejected the idea.

But the rest of Europe is a long way from falling in behind the French and British leaders' plans to safeguard a peace deal and Starmer, Macron and Rutte will hope Sunday's summit will go some way to rallying other nations to make firm commitments."

The cold hard facts for all to see.

1. Well, the mineral matter has been raised in a not-so-friendly meeting in the White House so there is no disguising that motivation any more.

2. Security against Russia, a primary Zelensky requirement , not even a consideration by Trump.

3. The Gaza oil and gas fields have been talked about so often that that is also common knowledge. Soon to be managed by Israel for the supply to the USA

Then there is The Gaza Country Club, Trump City (Jews only)

4. The generous supplies of weapons to Ukraine for these recent years have been all totalled up to make a huge Ukrainian indebtedness to the USA, taking care of payments for the minerals left in the rest of Ukraine that the USA really needs for their future. Now you know the reasons for the USA generosity in the supply of weapons. On-going, unmanageable indebtedness. Clever.

5. Venezuela is getting some attention (not friendly however) because of the 1,000 years of oil reserves there….. compared to the USA at 7 years only.

6. Russia is now a buddy because of the minerals in the new Ukrainian territories controlled by Russia and the equally large minerals and metals in Russia itself. Oil as well.

7. More US weapons for Israel to continue on its Gaza cleanup have been approved by Trump. Peace deal? What peace deal? Just a small break for other important matters.

Every item above painting a picture to you all? All very COMMERCIAL activities.

Why is NATO is getting the cold shoulder.

The USA needs nothing from them……no oil, minerals, weapons, military support.

In so many ways and in most countries already…...it already has them all by the vitals.

Bases here, bases there,

US bases everywhere.

750 bases at last count

Allows our Trump a war to mount.

Will he do it, break the rule

He may be odd but he's no fool

For total war this group…none finer

He'll proxy all….. to kill off China.

Without USA sponsorship (control), NATO is a ship without a rudder. Now to add insult to injury, Germany is getting even more right (Reich) than theThird Reich in 1933. Perfect.

One more disruption.

'This is fun' says Trump. 'Easier than I thought’. Gosh, it’s fun being an American

Are you high? The weapons are American, the intelligence is American, the instructors are American, the European help is possible because of the USA's backing, and on and on... The killing there has been sustained by the USA, just like Trump said in that meeting.

Maybe a revision of your "list" is in order.

Experts, even including future discovery of oil reserves, predict that the 1.5 trillion barrels plus 500 billion to be discovered, at current global demands will last about 50 yrs. Venezuela, lacking foreign investment to develop the world's largest reserves, at its current rate of production, which is from a relatively undeveloped and reduced output, could last more years, as it produces only about 10% of what Saudia Arabia, with the 2nd most oil, produces. It is unlikely this sanction-caused low production will continue........

Anyone addressed as a shitlib will stoop to speak with you. Many progressives including many in Congress have complained about Zionist influence on Trump, as well as Putin's influence. One reason that this assertion has been muted is what happened to Congress member Ilhan Omar when she made this link and was attacked as an anti-Semite and censured by her own party. Many, myself included, have noted how the Adelson's have bought Trump. But if we are more interested in attacking "shitlibs" than Trump, perhaps we will accept defeat as inevitable, for we must unify, not divide, support, not purge in order to stop the genocide in Gaza and work for an enduring peace in Ukraine, both of which require attacking Trump, not those afraid to speak out. By speaking out, we encourage others to do so. A poll found that the majority of Democrats think Isreael is committing genocide (reporte by the Jerusalem Post)...so I think the smart strategy is to transform that basic Democratic view into the positon of the Democratic Party, a hard task but the only one that can stop the flow of weapons. And if we attack the shitlibs we will never win them over but only create resistance, which is a betrayal of our duty to do all we can, with strategic acuity, to unite enough Democrats and independents to counter both the Trump intensification for genocide and the centrist DEmocratic Party impotence with a movement that reflects the views of most Democrats. "Majority of US Democrats believe Israel is committing genocide in Gaza: Poll

Survey also says that 70 percent of all likely American voters want a permanent ceasefire in Gaza." "May 8, 2024 · The poll released Wednesday found that 56% of Democratic voters believe Israel is committing a genocide against Palestinians in the enclave..." ANd "www.timesofisrael.com › poll-finds-number-of-usPoll finds share of US Democrats backing Israel dwindling to 33%." To make this a political force, we must unite, not purge and divide.

US is using Starlink as a bargaining chip to get rare earth minerals: 'Starlink provides crucial internet connectivity to war-torn Ukraine and its military.

The issue was raised again on Thursday during meetings between Keith Kellogg, the U.S. special Ukraine envoy, and Zelenskiy, said one of the sources, who was briefed on the talks.

During the meeting, Ukraine was told it faced imminent shutoff of the service if it did not reach a deal on critical minerals. " Starlinks is free to Ukraine.

Last September, Ukraine disclosed it has shot down a Russian drone (made in Iran) that had installed Starlinks terminals!!!

An unsupported smear by Musk just cost him 7 billion within minutes as his claim reposting a conspiracy claim that Mexico's richest man Carlos Slims got rich off drug trafficking led to an immediate cancelation of the 7 billion contract Slims will now invest 22 billion to create a system for Mexico and now doubt the rest of the South America. That loss of a 7 billion loss is more than Starlinks revenue for the previous year, leaving a gaping wound in the Musk fortune. Also probably lost, the entire market of South America, with Slims creating a system to undercut the Starlinks domination of the market there.

If He stops Ukraine from using Starlinks, for instance, he might lose European customers in protest. He might choose to keep it going in order, just having lost a 7 billion contract with his big mouth, to avoid risks of further defections.

It is a myth that revolutions are initiated and/or led by ordinary people. They are led by disaffected elements of the intelligentsia. Though it cannot succeed without the aid of a big fraction of the populace dissatisfied. It is particularly important for the army to decline to uphold the regime.

It is often true that disaffected intelligentsia lead revolutions, but the main leader of the Eastern European revolutions was not an intellectual: "While working at the Lenin Shipyard (now Gdańsk Shipyard), Wałęsa, an electrician, became a trade-union activist, for which he was persecuted by the government, placed under surveillance, fired in 1976, and arrested several times. In August 1980, he was instrumental in political negotiations that led to the ground-breaking Gdańsk Agreement between striking workers and the government. He co-founded the Solidarity trade-union, whose membership rose to over ten million." This actions of a blue collar worker who came to lead the union was the inspiration for the events of 1989.

It is not disputed: "On 4 June 1989, Poland's Solidarity trade union won an overwhelming victory in partially free elections, leading to the peaceful fall of communism in Poland. Also in June 1989, Hungary began dismantling its section of the physical Iron Curtain. In August 1989, over a quarter of the Baltic republics total population physically chained for 675 kilometres (419 mi) Baltic Way openly protesting the countries' occupation by the Soviet Union,[14] while the opening of a border gate between Austria and Hungary set in motion a peaceful chain reaction, in which the Eastern Bloc disintegrated. This led to mass demonstrations in cities of East Germany such as Leipzig and subsequently to the fall of the Berlin Wall in November 1989, which served as the symbolic gateway to German reunification in 1990. One feature common to most of these developments was the extensive use of campaigns of civil resistance, demonstrating popular opposition to the continuation of one-party rule and contributing to pressure for change.[15] Romania was the only country in which citizens and opposition forces used violence to overthrow its communist regime..." The major weapons were massive protests, strikes, and non-violent resistance.

"There was a series of 7 main uprisings across eastern Europe:

❖Hungary took down the border fence with Austria in May 1989 and allowed free elections in December.

❖After massive demonstrations in Poland, independent trade union Solidarity was legalised and won the elections in June 1989.

❖In September 1989, thousands of East Germans fled to Austria through Hungary. In November 1989, the border between East and West Berlin was opened and people started to pull down the Berlin Wall.

❖In November 1989, a non-violent 'Velvet Revolution' occurred in Czechoslovakia that overthrew the communist government.

❖Romania saw massive demonstrations that became violent when the communist government tried to crush them. The communist leader, Nicolae Ceausescu, was arrested, put on trial and executed in December 1989.

❖In December 1989, the communist leader in Bulgaria resigned and free elections were held in 1990." gcsehistory.com If you are ignorant of these events, you are totally disqualified from commenting on historical events.
