When I was in Iraq on Op Haven, a local approached me and said in broken English

"Your United Nations seems to be made up of people who cannot find work doing something useful".

Spot on mate.

It was instructive to see that this was run in the New York Post, which can be counted upon for hysteria going back to the ‘COED SLAIN’ headlines of 50 years ago. The one true story it breaks- Hunter Biden’s laptop- gets it cast into the chasm of the damned, at least until the election was over. I have a feeling- I don’t know why- that will not happen with this.

Great job again, Caitlin.

This is where the truth is in our wars. Assange:

War is simply money laundering.

Governments are writing million dollar checks to weapon manufacturers while the people are left with national debt rocketing out of the stratosphere.

In order to have your intelligence insulted, you have to be intelligent in the first place. And these are people whose leaders are the likes of Pedo Joe and Blackface Trudope.

Not only are they claiming, that Russian soldiers are raping women, but their wives back home are encouraging them to do so. They also make the claim they are raping young children, and small babies. Boys they claim are being raped, as well as old women. It's an easy sell, since men so far from home, and their wives and girlfriends with no fear of punishment for their crimes makes the accusations an easy sell, but I'm not buying it since it's such an old story, and I'm use to stories living in the good old USA, false stories that got us into our many wars and killed millions.

If they only said "Russian soldiers are raping Ukrainian women" then I'd consider it an easy sell. But when it's "Russian soldiers are raping Ukrainian women...because they have ORDERS to...and also, every last one of them is being issued Viagra"? That SHOULD make everyone who hears it skeptical.

"How are people not yet tired of having their intelligence insulted?"

I know I'm getting really tired of the lack of creativity in the Western propaganda machine. Why not say Russians are shipping man-eating Siberian tigers to eat Ukrainian soldiers? Sending explosive Russian nesting dolls to little blonde Ukrainian girls? No, they keep revamping the Viagra story. Must think salaciousness sells better to Westerners.

Here.

They use this godawful viruganda to sell Viagra too, not just war and terror.

Maybe "consumers" would have been a better choice.

I hope this is sufficiently over the top for thinking folks to go back and re-evaluate all the previous claims about various poisonings/doping/etc. It's all bullshit, but it's been far from harmless. It's been acted and built upon.

Just a few days ago, I tried to read the series of Buzzfeed articles from a few years back about all of Putin's alleged assassinations in the UK.

By a couple pages into the second installment, I just couldn't stand any more of the "US intelligence officials said this" and "US intelligence officials said that", and the piling on of allegations that "Putin has become increasingly brazen in his attacks on Western elections", so I had to put the thing down.

I feel kind of bad about only getting about 30 pages into the 160+ pages of this thing, but they weren't giving me a lot of confidence that I'd be getting a straight scoop for my efforts to read on to the end. I wonder if I gave the thing a fair hearing.

After sufficient time passes there should be not just allegations compiled by some intelligence services but the actual procedures and verdicts available. With prosecution, defense, witnesses, etc., whatever is required - I'm not a lawyer so don't know all details. If those did not take place then all that crap can just be thrown away.

That sort of Bshit is unbelievable - and only an idiot would believe it. For one thing, there are no rumours of carousing Russians - at all, and for another, they don't have the time at this point. Interesting in comparison though, is the fact that as soon as Kosovo became "independent" but run by Albanians, it had the biggest brothel/human trafficking operation going right under the noses of the West. And the customers were mostly NATO personnel.

Having recently read Chris Hedges’ interview with Dr Gabor Mate, I look at this topic with a bit more empathy for the targets of outrageous propaganda. Or more precisely, for the folks who are most vulnerable to such tall story telling.

Living in America means being primed for the farthest-fetched yarns spun for distraction, confusion and most importantly, for emotional, not rational reactions. I recommend that this interview be passed on to those who engage in irrational, passionate arguments for the purpose of winning as opposed to illuminating. We are all scarred, and it is Dr Mate’s opinion that trauma from our past, if not resolved, will stunt the rational brain and promote an emotional loop that recurs repeatedly over a lifetime.

I admit that I get impatient when I communicate with persons who exhibit stridency or promote an idea that, to me, doesn’t hold water. The interview that I am referencing has made me wary of how I will react to such arguments going forward.

I finally found someone who appears to have an accurate view of what is happening on the battlefield. It is retired Col. Douglas MacGregor. In this 15 minute video on his channel, he explains that the Ukrainian army is fairly decimated, and that Putin has been holding back.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aN_jay7xSYk&t=728s

You can make of it what you will. I basically have wanted to know two things:

1) How propaganda works, and where we see it. I am grateful to Caitlin for her work.

2) What is actually going on, on the battlefield. In previous articles by Caitlin, in the comments, people have given me a few other sources, for which I am grateful.

This retired colonel has sources in multiple European countries, and he appears to be very clear eyed about the entire history of the region. He also wants peace, which is what I want. But the key thing is: he appears to see who is up, who is down, and where things are likely to go.

God bless you.
