It, was, is, and always will be Hollywood bullshit America. Go look at the movies offered free online. The vast majority shove this corrosive, consumptive, militaristic image at you. It's the reality they want us to swallow. Zionist reality.

Well. The US military branches literally provides the Hollywood film-makers with free services, look it up... as long as they are portrayed positively in the movies. Its propaganda all the way down.

"They tell them their suffering is because of immigrants, or welfare recipients,".....No. their suffereing is because we have greedy capitalists in control of our governments who spend our tax dollars on weapons of war to send to places like Israel where more people's lives are destroyed. watch this doc. It's free. https://www.watermelonplus.com/american-doctor

That is a great documentary. I saw it recently and was amazed and appalled at what these doctors did and saw while serving for a few weeks in Gaza. Everyone should watch it.

In the books are listed the names of kings

Did the kings heave up the building blocks?"

I liked a parody feelgood story about when a 92-man who had to work as a snake frustrater to pay for his insulin got bitten by one of the snakes, the whole community got together to buy him antivenom so he could go back to the snake pit.

And this is the “civilisation” we are supposed to be proud of. Remember this man is not working his fingers to the bone building something, or farming or weaving. He is working on the poverty line for other people to get fucking pizza.

It’s bullshit. 200, 300 years ago, he and his family would have been far better off.

We've all been coerced into these so called life choices. All to keep the rich getting richer.

"The most under-discussed political reality in the world is that there are a whole lot more people suffering under the status quo than there are people profiting from it, and that the sufferers are fully capable of overturning the status quo by force whenever they decide to."

Exactly.

I'm growing tired of these "feel good stories" that our capitalist society allows to happen. I'm beginning to wonder if some of them are staged just so the rest of us peons don't give up hope and stop thinking, "Maybe one day I'll have a half-million dollar GoFundMe set up for me!" before going back to work and doing as we're told. We've all got to snap out of this fantasy! Nobody is sending you a half mil anytime soon... Unless you play the "regressive tax" called "the lottery" (and then your chances of winning are pretty slim). There's better odds in overthrowing the oligarchy than winning the lottery, folks. Let's do it!

Lots of people are at a breaking point. The strong response reveals that his situation is highly relatable to probably millions of people. The empathy comes from widespread frustration.

Performative charity is just cringe, and doesn’t prove a damn thing. Unfortunately, the pathetic folks who slurp this up can’t see a better, more rational way forward where we govern ourselves FOR ourselves—ALL of us—as a democratic project. They don’t believe in mutually beneficial self-government, but in luck, dame fortune and some vague future where everything will fall into place if only (fill in the blank). Many believe the lie that they are insufficient: failures. Unlike in movies, life under late stage capitalism is not a wheel of fortune and hard work doesn’t guarantee success. This is not an accident, but a business model. We have to codify opportunity, social welfare and justice, and for that we need to all be on this together against the only enemies we really have. And that’s not your neighbor and co-worker but the business elite and our corporate masters and their political operatives. Fuck Red Baron. Sleazy bastards.

People talk about a “broken system” yet the system is working perfectly. The labels and catagories and countless other manipulative programming make confused masses weaker than ever. #Revolution

Vivek Ramaswamy and his wife donated the top amount to his fundraiser--- $38,000, which is famously the amount Bernard Arnault made in a minute https://www.unilad.com/celebrity/bernard-arnault-richest-man-elon-musk-944471-20221208 to overtake Elon Musk as the world's richest [bill/trill]ionaire. I'm just not sure what to think about that. Maybe he's rallying his other billionaire friends to start topping up the homeless vet's fundraiser? It hasn't happened yet. Let's **hope and pray**.

Or maybe send Ramaswamy a note.

Vivek is trying to make people think he actually gives a flying f*** about the workers. After the stunt he pulled against his Dem opponent Amy Acton, he needs people to think he's not totally heartless.

Yes and in that respect, 60 seconds of billionaire income must have seemed like a new floor or something.
