I read some good news today on Counterpunch here in the U.S. An MIT professor won a suit brought against him by pro-Zionist groups alleging he was “anti-Semitic” for teaching about the genocide in his classes. The court held that criticism of Israel and Zionism could not be conflated with antisemitism. The action against this professor is just one example of the power of the Israel lobby in the U.S. and its suppression of speech and intimidation. I’m glad it failed in this instance. Other universities have shut down Middle East studies programs or classes, fired professors and suspended or expelled student protesters. We still have an uphill battle to stop the genocide and reclaim our own civil liberties.
We can stop paying banksters the interest on loans. And share 50% of it with someone we know. That's money coming in every month. Let's see how they act then, if millions of people decided to stop paying interest. Just the interest is best so you can keep the principle as leverage.
