I've done some of that. Was politically active from 2004 to 2016. My conclusion thereafter is that (1) the currently existing system, at the national level is irredeemable, and (2) the current generation of adults doesn't have the guts to do anything about it. This doesn't make me a happy person as you can imagine. Still here for family reasons.

I think Australia and the USA are fairly similar Greg. Our leaders are puppets of the elites.
