President Putin's Q&A was a return to form tour de force. 68 years old and he took on questions for 4hrs 38mins. One of the most important take aways came early in the proceedings that Russia's economy is now 70% diversified IE not oil & gas. In 20yrs from a 90% oil & gas economy to a 70% diversified economy. He said that it is his admin's policy to get Russia further "off the oil needle".

Citing John Corbett, a well-known & well-documented purveyor of conspiracy theories, as a source for war lies, does not imbue this article with the level of credibility you think it does.

It is far more probable that foreign governments attempt to hack US digital infrastructures than it is we have been visited by extra-terrestrials Caitlin, by several orders of magnitude, so the comparison isn't really apt. It's like comparing being struck by lightning with being struck by a car if you try to cross the street without looking. One is far more likely than the other.

I agree we have to be skeptical, & when American government agencies or representatives claim hacking, they need to provide some sort of evidence as to those events, but it does not behoove you to claim that just because they have lied in the past, they are lying now. Past behavior isn't really a solid predictor of present claims, each has to be taken on its own merits & evaluated individually.
