Lindsey Graham may have been a lesson to all of us on how to look at "humor". It sounds like his popularity relied on quick witted sarcastic humor. The laughs he generated, sugar coated his dark political motivations. If you listened to the man separate from his wit, you saw a deep pain that never was self actualized. We all should spend some time examining our own humor and what it can tell us about ourselves.
As a fellow artist ( though my style is vastly different than Caitlin’s) I think she would agree that artistic ability is inborn. You really can’t teach anyone to draw or paint if the initial ability isn’t present.
And yes, it’s hereditary. My sister, daughter and grandchildren are all talented in varying degrees.
I don't wish anybody, whether a stubborn "hawk" or a gentle "dove", any kind of untimely death or suffering. The issue is far and wide beyond that. Let's say the Earth population is 50:50, i.e. 50% fairly intelligent versus 50% nitwits, an optimistic take. But centuries elapse fast without any significant mental change, so how long yet can there be any ethical-moral room on this planet for nitwits that cannot sustain an extended humane consciousness. Let's say, a half of the 8.4 billion are shit-loaded brain fucktoids being born of other such fucktoids only to be either enslaved or to slave-drive other primitive copulatory bio-robots. The famed slogans "unity in diversity" "national self-determination" and "freedom", the calls for "respect and dignity", "equality", and the distractive "glitterati" and sports idolatry, could not have been stupider or more naive. If you haven't noticed yet, the dumb primal ego construct of the Homo species has long switched over to militate against our common survival. Sounds utopian again? OK, but let's toy with the idea: the research and rollout of a global mental upgrade would cost only a fraction of the globally wasted funds spent on the absurd mass killing, revenge, destruction and deterrence tools and systems. The savings would eliminate poverty and money greed-rivalry-driven enslavement for good. All it takes as a prelude is for the other, assuming fairly enlightened, half of the 8.4 billion to start saying no and simply ignore totally the pluto-kleptocratic camarillas and dynasties of manipulative psychos who don't want to or are naturally unable to imagine a life without the crapshows they play to the 4.2 billion nitwit sheeple huddled and jerking in theatrical tunnels of deception. And what do such crapshows typically lead to? - The usual intermittent outbreaks of the abomination of desolation. Let's do the simple math: 8.4 billion : 4.2 billion is statistically every other one of the people on Earth. Unless the 50:50 ratio is all wrong.

I had no respect for that monster while he was being monsterous, which he was in all he did. Baffling that he kept getting reelected. Why would anyone show respect for him after he's dead. As for feelings and thoughts, mine are one and the same. When I experience the greatest whack of feeling is when I suddenly see an abused animal or starving child. Shock, tears, rage hit me all at once.
