I think one need only look at America in Afghanistan to see how completely normalized, painless, and invisible our empire is marketed to us.

Further compounding the problem is how shamelessly dishonest our institutions are. When CIA cutouts start pointing fingers and we're all supposed to look in that direction, my reaction is to question what's really going on and who's agenda is being advanced. A government that can't even provide the damn $2,000 check they promised should be met with a healthy dose of skepticism.

Adorable. Being against China's domestic policies means you are secretly Pro-US imperialism and are really arguing that China is an imperial power. Ignoring any violations by governments the US Empire attacks is simply the moral thing to do, and not in anyway an example of a blind spot that results to spewing ad hominem attacks on Twitter.
