The fact that there was no wrongdoing found makes it all the more horrible, doesn't it?

All your stories point to the very same thing: the dire need for change.

Over on Jimmy Dore's site the comments in one sense are hopeful. On the other hand, they reveal how far we have to go, with people calling Jimmy right wing because he criticizes democrats and others who still look to that incompetent huckster Trump for salvation.

I will not be thanking anyone in a military uniform for their service anytime soon.

I don't thank the poor dupes in the military either. Listen to Bob Dylan's "They're Only a Pawn in Their Game."

And watch How to Start a Revolution DVD documentary and read From Dictatorship to Democracy the book. These resources are the answer to How to Change.

It was Joe Biden who publicly asserted the intention of the lethal force to strike at the time and place of its choosing. He bears the ultimate responsibility for this criminal act of butchery.

In one sense yes, but if we're talking about ultimate responsibility, then we all are responsible for going along with a farcical system that puts semiconscious husks like Biden in positions of power to begin with for the whims of sociopaths.

Yes, I wonder when we Americans will take responsibility for the horrific actions of our government done in our name.

A question: Where one can find a consolidated (all three parts) of Tucker Carlson video titled “Patriot Purge”?

Jan. 6 “armed insurrection” is as much a fraud and hoax as the “Russia-gate” – same lying team.

PS: Fox channel is completely disorganized and drowning in endless stupid garbage a la Hannity, etc. - you can’t easily find it there… Tucker Carlson should find another platform – the sooner, the better for him…

I don't know about consolidated, but I do know that all three parts are on Odysee. See, for example https://odysee.com/@Instigator:2/Patriot-Purge-Part-1---January-6th-Documentary-by-Tucker-Carlson:d

I'm not a viewer, but who else showcases opinions like Glenn Greenwald and Jimmy Dore, where they are heard by millions of people who may otherwise believe that the only voices out there are Rachel Maddow or Joy Reid? That's what makes most all corporate media so unwatchable -- the complete lack of critical voices. I'm far to the left of Tucker, but I give him props where due.

You missed the ALL-important second (Jan. 6) line:

A question: Where one can find a consolidated (all three parts -- Tuckercarlson.com ) and download-able of Tucker Carlson video titled “Patriot Purge”?

Jan. 6 “armed insurrection” is as much a fraud and hoax as the “Russia-gate” is – same lying team.

PS: Fox channel is disorganized and drowning in endless garbage a la Hannity, Bongino, Grace, Rivera, etc. - you can’t easily find anything there… Tucker Carlson should find another platform – the sooner, the better for him…

The only reason the NYT investigated this particular airstrike, following twenty years of similar botched and murderous airstrikes, was to punish the Biden Administration for actually leaving Afghanistan.

I say we make the NYT editorial board go fight our next war, which should be in about 20 minutes.

I'm trying to find the quote about aggressive war being the ultimate crime because it contains within it all of the smaller atrocities of war. I found where Judge Jackson said they weren't looking to punish all the small fry who committed an individual atrocity, but wanted to focus on those in power. I think it's important, because although it may be legitimate to find that no individual soldier or airman should be punished for this tragedy, no US military attacks in Afghanistan were ever legal or can be condoned. The war went on for almost 20 years, and many high level people in the Bush, Obama, Trump and Biden administrations were responsible for keeping it going for all those years. All those high level people should but will not be held to account.

British alternate judge Norman Birkett said:

"The charges in the Indictment that the defendants planned and waged aggressive wars are charges of the utmost gravity. War is essentially an evil thing. Its consequences are not confined to the belligerent states alone, but affect the whole world. To initiate a war of aggression, therefore, is not only an international crime; it is the supreme international crime differing only from other war crimes in that it contains within itself the accumulated evil of the whole."
