Joe Biden is an old man in decrepit flesh. Cancer is extremely common. If you live old enough, odds are you are going to get it same as many others. Joe Biden happens to have the privilege of getting treatment and palliative care and being surrounded by loved ones in a comparatively stress-free setting. Bombs aren't going off around him. His loved ones aren't being murdered by an army of evil. He's not being deprived of treatment like Palestinians with cancer were. He didn't start dying of cancer as a child or young adult in their prime. He lived a full human life. His death is absolutely one of privilege.
