He put forward some information that you and I agree with and which we hope others will gain insight from.
But he comes from the Oligarchy. He is not on "our side". He (and his financiers) may make temporary alliances with us, but we need to be aware that his motives are going to be quite different from ours. His group wants to maintain their position of privilege. Much like Obama appeared to be on our side and then betrayed us with Obamacare rather than universal health care. I'm just urging extreme caution.
Apparently he's recently been kicked out of that "Oligarchy".
I am not saying I don't totally disagree with you. But I am going to listen to what he has to say - more than before. Now that Fox News did kick him out.
Good for him interviewing Putin. That really stirred up the hornet's nest among the psychopathic Elites didn't it? That they were so pissed at him makes me want to keep watching - see what he does next.
Maybe he'll piss them off even more! Isn't that the job of a good journalist?
"Apparently he's recently been kicked out of that "Oligarchy""
No way.
He's very much part of the privileged elite. So is John Kerry, so is Rachael Maddow. His step mother is part of the Swanson family. You don't have to be a billionaire to be a member of the Oligarchy.
Read up on Carlson's life. He did not go to public school. Trinity College barely has more than 2000 students enrolled. The cost is $79,000/year
Compare that the University of Minnesota @ 17,000/year
I've already said that his interview with Putin is a MUST and I've posted Ritter's praise of the interview. That has nothing to do with recognizing that Tucker Carlson is NOT on our side. He has an agenda that may at this point in time roughly parallel what you want to accomplish but the time will come when it will diverge.
Remember that Mao and chiang kai-shek both fought against the Japanese.
He interviewed Putin and has been called a traitor for it.
The interview was a huge plus for me. Got my attention.
Journalists like him are on our side. Even though I disagree with some of his right-wingnut views.

Remains to be seen. People can change - especially when they've been kicked in the ass a few times.
"People can change"
Like Rachael Maddow who was a lock-step progressive while on Air America Radio and now is a pseudo-fascist on MSNBC?
She changed her spots, but she was the same member of the privileged elite.
Good point. I'm not holding out a lot of hope. But he does have my attention now.
