Call it government, financial capitalism, call it oligarchy or whatever you want it’s simply the application of domination through the use of power. Your admiration for China seems to accept the states unrestricted use of violence to achieve a collective objective. All governments should be feared and it’s the apathy and ignorance of the majority that emboldens those who would dominate them. I would rather be sick than rely on a government to provide and dominate my access to a doctor.
