I don't have one either: "my" embassy got a faked letter from my opponents for some legal cases telling them that I stand trial for "security reasons" at the local court, therefore they would issue one only under the premises that I confirm the veracity of the letter they got. Noooooo way !!
That was in 2006 in a North African country ... and still going strong in North Africa !
