Oh, yes. I just saw Rand Paul tell Tucker Carlson that he wants a "legislative" exchange with Russia, so that a young Russian legislator or two or three can visit the US and see how much better it is than Russia. He said this to Carlson - who has just posted that Moscow is more beautiful than any city he has seen in the US. But Rand Paul is convinced that a Russian who sees our entertainment and way of life, etc., will be eager to be the next Gorbachev. Rand Paul LOVED Gorbachev. Even Rand Paul is enamored of the US dystopia and believes other countries would be, too. WTF.

The US has become so morally bankrupt that finger wagging at other countries laughable. A decaying, dying nation steered by corruption. The most simple, basic things can not be handled anymore. This the decaying cities and deteriorating infrastructure. Every industry is a grift, every politician is taking graft. Meanwhile is pleebs just try to make the best of it with what we got. Hopefully someday soon a real uprising will occur that allows some sort of reset. It can not continue on like this. Everything is a lie. And a society built on lies can not succeed.

{...Everything is a lie...}

One of the CIA-heads once said: "When everything the American public takes for truth is a lie, only then our job will be finished".

Glad to see, there is hope in the near future ...🤞🤞

Where is there a Free World? As an expression, that no longer connects with me. We've just spent the last 4 years being lied to by our govt.

The US congress is already the most corrupt in the world, and Matt Taibbi’s over a decade ago warned that the US had become an oligarchy along the lines of Russia.

We dont need them exchanging anything. We need them to both change.

I think that Russia has done a better job of dealing with its oligarchs than the US has, and don't forget the US role in developing many of those Russian oligarchs in the first place, via "privatization". I think Putin originally fell out of favor with the US when he transitioned from being Yeltsin's tool to actually resisting oligarchic influence in Russia. A number of them left the country. I'm trying to think of a US oligarch who has felt forced to leave the US because of opposition by the US government.

Spot on...we still have to battle western propaganda mind control that has seeped into the brain steams of the average American numbty who got raised up on Hollywood drama depictions of the sacrosanct USA always fighting the Russian existential evil that they repeat warn out saying like the Russians are this opitamy of the "bad guy"

Sadly so many,,I had a near shouting match with a few friends over it . They are so stuck in that mental trap.

They won't hear people like me trying to break them out of the propaganda trance because they are all so emotionally invested in it.

My sister-in-law was upset last year sometime when Putin went to visit the leader of North Korea(can’t spell his name), but it was just fine when Trump visited him(in her mind, I guess). And then she pressed me on why I admired/liked Russia so much(the Russia of today, of course) and started in on a lecture that the USA will beat Russia in any contest or as she put it, “kick Russia’s ass” and that I was being foolish to think Russia was”up here” and the USA is “down here”. All one has to do is look at the major cities in this country and see how they are not cared for b/c all or most of the money goes to fund these imperialistic, senseless wars the U.S. goes around instigating. Talk about still living in the Hollywood, propaganda world of such movies as “Red Dawn” and episodes of Homeland on HBO(which was a good series, btw, but still propaganda bullshit).

If Marvel superhero movies were all that were needed, Russia would be a suburb of Burbank by now.
