Males, not females, I assume. If your healthcare wasn't a business, perhaps medics would be less quick to remove body parts that may become infected and get them sued later ....,

I don't know why you imagine I am in the USA.

Foreskins very, very rarely get infected. Fingers and toes probably get infected far more often, but US doctors don't remove them.

Infected foreskin happened to my brother and a former boyfriend, both as children.
