There is a video, recorded at a medical conference, in which a female physician speaking to a large audience of physicians is singing the praises of trans surgery because it is a cash cow due to the need for multiple follow up surgeries. I saw the video and was appalled at the forthright admission. Unfortunately, I don't have a link to the video.
Males, not females, I assume. If your healthcare wasn't a business, perhaps medics would be less quick to remove body parts that may become infected and get them sued later ....,

It exists in the USA, where doctors make extra money by pushing circumcision of neonates.

I don't know why you imagine I am in the USA.
Foreskins very, very rarely get infected. Fingers and toes probably get infected far more often, but US doctors don't remove them.
Infected foreskin happened to my brother and a former boyfriend, both as children.
