Some attacks are more noteworthy than others. My views on 9/11 could get me arrested, so, don't go there. I'm talking about presumed al Qaeda, ISIL attacks, as in Boston Marathon and France. These attackers enter highly bureaucratized , monitored countries, do their dirty work and then leave - with no trace. Spirit people. A mystery no one shows much curiosity about. No one else could possibly get away with it. Not on their own.
