When the real truth comes out as to how this was perpetrated, it will be interesting to see how the western news media spins it. Now, everyone is throwing crap against the wall to see what sticks. The fact that this only happened to older technology (radio signals), means that the Israelis figured out the wavelink these pagers was using and exploited it. Did they plant explosive materials in each of these pagers? Not likely. Did they hack the radio signal and insert some code to make the lithium batteries explode? That is the most likely scenario. The world will know in a few days as the truth will leak out.
It's still pretty scary because if Israel can hack a radio signal and insert malicious code in mobile devices, what else can they hack around the world and do the same? I don't know of many newer model mobile devices or laptops that don't use some type of lithium battery in them. Should we all be very, very afraid of our mobile devices and laptops now?
The pagers don't have lithium batteries. And yes, the most likely explanation is that they were planted with plastic explosive that could be detonated with a tiny electrical charge.
Yes. And here in England we have a network of white boxes all over the place. I'm not techie but I know it's for the 5G signal,which is a MILITARY INSTALLATION and suddenly now an awful lot of venerable and loved old trees are being found by "experts" to be dead inside and unsafe and need felling. But of course we know the 5G signal is powerful but only for a short distance which is why a network of these sinister boxes is needed. And the leaves of trees obscure and obstruct the signal. One day they are going to fry our brains. Ugh,now I've made myself feel sick.
