I would expect Israel would not go on carrying as if the favours won't be returned in kind. I hope not. Violence begets violence. Also, crazy to think how many of its own civilians Israel is willing to sacrifice for this project, and how much violence has just been embedded into the DNA at this point.
What ordinary Israeli citizens don't realize is that - THEY ARE ALL EXPENDABLE (though not as much as the Palestinians or colored Jews or Christians are). The Israeli elite/oligarchs don't care much about ordinary Israelis (just as the American elite/oligarchs/empire managers don't care much about ordinary Americans).
