Unfortunately it's easier said than done -I think that all of humanity would like to see that happen very soon.
The Palestinian authority have signed the Rome statute so the ICC has jurisdiction in Gaza however the ICC is a toothless tiger as it cannot act on it's own accord - It is my understanding that before anything can happen it needs to be voted on at the UN and then there are certain nations with veto powers able to prevent the appropriate response.
In the end perhaps it's time to admit that we're living a lie - There is no rule of law - all our supposedly democratic institutions have been compromised - what we think of as democratically elected governments are really a tool that serves empire.
