In a time when people are deliberately being starved to death by their cruel sadistic oppressors I strongly doubt that anyone would object to crucial supplies being parachuted to them, it worked during the end of WW2.
Add peacekeepers to the list what needs to be parachuted in, their first task shall be to open the gates by any means or simply drive a track through them.

Movies would be made, people would pay to drive a truck in. Guilt tripped UN would start bringing food, healthcare and education. We should write that story.
On the contrary - delivering supplies by air parachute or air crane would ensure immediate delivery of desperately needed nutrient.
It appears that a number of people are rather confused about the logistic side of it all, air dropping supplies does not need to involve dropping heavy loads on populated areas - light loads can be parachuted heavier loads can be delivered by air crane.

The Palestinian authority have signed the Rome statute so the ICC has jurisdiction in Gaza however the ICC is a toothless tiger as it cannot act on it's own accord - It is my understanding that before anything can happen it needs to be voted on at the UN and then there are certain nations with veto powers able to prevent the appropriate response.
In the end perhaps it's time to admit that we're living a lie - There is no rule of law - all our supposedly democratic institutions have been compromised - what we think of as democratically elected governments are really a tool that serves empire.
