The very nature of internet and various software services is such that it cannot be 100% reliable, especially in non-critical services like substack.
I'd just like to stress I'm pretty sure it has nothing to do with any nefariousness. Even though Caitlin is slamming the system, she cannot be considered so dangerous they would try to do these little tricks to disrupt her.

The US was quick to condemn it and say it had nothing to do with Ukraine. How can it be so sure this early?
Back on March 7th or thereabout the US and a bunch of other western embassies in Russia warned about possible terrorist attacks in concerts etc. So they knew something back then, and they obviously do now. This is a major development.
