I remember how we 3rd Party Inspectors all cried and cried, when Frank died. I'd driven down to Baltimore with two NDT nerds I was supposedly auditing, up in Harrisburg (one had been at TMI!) And we'd tried to join a rally to get a statue. But, it was snowy & shitty, so we got high at a crab-shack (famous after The Wire).
