Trump IS allowed to continue to speak. 5) Secret Service snipers see suspected assassin armed with rifle on nearby roof. There is some delay in receiving authorization to kill. The delay results in assassin being able to fire at least 3 and perhaps 8 shots.

so why not go there? i think 1 is the least likely. that would be extremely risky for Trump.
