Like Oct 7, the most credible explanation is that it was indeed planned but like 9/11 it was known by intelligence and allowed to happen as pretext. Some flags are manufactured; many are allowing something to happen that could have been stopped. There is no logic to claiming something that happened 23 yrs earlier was a pretext for Oct 7.
