Something similar happened to me at a Halloween party. Long story short, I threatened to put my fist down my insufferable sister in law’s throat. If hubs hadn’t grabbed me and said WE’RE LEAVING NOW! I just might be in the pokey.
This has forever altered my relationship with my in-laws. I never want to see the lot of them again. Just as well; they were all raised shit-for-brains Baptist.
I know exactly how you feel. I love my sister-in-law, but she can really rattle my chain at times. She’s all about ‘my country right or wrong’ imo and I just can’t go along with that. Too many brainwashed people in this country believing everything on Fox News and other msm outlets.
