Marxists would argue that change can and does happen over centuries. 76 years mentioned in your piece is nothing when we consider how the systems of slavery and feudalism have taken centuries to get to Capitalism. It is populations that can change a system. Zionism is part of the our Capitalist system and if enough world populations revolt it is possible for a better system than Capitalism. That is, of course, as Caitlin has stated, humanity could perish if environmental issues and nuclear weapons are not addressed. My understanding is that world youth is becoming agitated for change, a class change where all is one class and not just them (the wealthy and privileged) and us.

Something will need to change. Climate change is very real and is happening more quickly than many credible scientists had originally predicted.

And if a nuclear exchange does occur, the Nuclear Winter that Carl Sagan and friends first proposed decades ago - more recent, updated scientific modeling has shown the Nuclear Winter will be even more severe than originally modeled. The thousands of worldwide fires from all the nuclear detonations will cover the atmosphere with a layer of soot blocking out the sun for years. The entire worldwide economic food distribution system will collapse. The real death count of a nuclear exchange will not take place during the actual flashes of light and obliteration of millions, but will come with the billions who will die of starvation afterward.

why ?? with some detail, please !!

For sure you know about global wind-patterns ...

and for sure you know, that all the fuzz about CO2 is just a global hoax (some hundred million years ago it reached even more than 7000 ppm and life was THRIVING, not actual ridiculous 443) to keep scientists and "their" institutions well funded by tax-money, precisely funneled by the profiting fear-mongers.

The debate over climate change is over - except for the unwitting tools of the obscenely rich.

What a haughty, arrogant answer from somebody who obviously has run-out of any solid arguments ...
