Love it. I live in a Metis community. More people should try listening to the downtrodden or maybe walking in their shoes. For the record I am white. While I grew up in the '60's I have never touched any type of drug. I won't even take prescription drugs. While most people don't live this lifestyle I believe for me it keeps my mind sharp and allows me to see a lot that many don't.

I think you are the self righteous moron here. These are my friends and neighbours in a community that believes in helping each other. I guarantee you won't find or offer too much help involving your neighbours. Also, many of them are financially better off than we are so that line of bullshit scores no points with me. The downtrodden part is the shit they went through to get to where they are arriving at today. There are engineers, doctors, lawyers and other professionals coming out of these communities now as they learn the value of education.
