Bolton wasn't privy to that coup so naturally he denies it was a coup because they didn't consult him, but otherwise he provides the validation it was a coup because Trump like his predecessors loves coups except Trump sucks at them, hence the failure of January 6th.

What would have transpired had Mike Pence been hung and Nancy Pelosi and a number of members of Congress executed thus halting the certification of the election results and Trump remaining in power? Who steps in and up to stop him and his flunkies?
