1) The recycling rates increased significantly, so I think the landfill disposal stayed about the same. Haven't looked at that data for awhile. But those 16 cancelled incinerators would have crated massive air pollution, especially toxic mercury, with significant health impacts. You failed to note those benefits. Incineration ws deemed a dinosaur technology "of last resort" and that has held true for 30 years.

2) the water and sewer were designed primarily for huge corporate office park expansion, not just residential. Again, you ignore the environmental benefits of land preservation. And there is plenty of developable vacant land in Trenton and many other NJ cities for the housing you claim to support

3) the CBT campaign did not raise taxes, it just dedicate them to environmental programs that benefit the public, instead of th diversion of those revenues to political patronage waste and abuse. So you don't know what you are talking about.

4) landowners do not have the "right" to use land in ways that harm the public or violate environmental standards. Your mind is in the 19th century.

5) ditto

6) When I was there, the phosphorus standard was adopted in a Technical manual (which has the same legal force and effect of a regulation). I understand it was later largely gutted by the Corzine administration. There as no followthrough on contemplated nitrogen standards. But that was after I was gone. Again, your facts are wrong.

7) some lost their jobs or resigned, some remained to fight another day. But their leaks and disclosures were effective in stopping bad shit. They Don't jail regulatory whistleblowers (at least not in NJ) they just fire them. Although th State did threaten to criminally prosecute me in my case

8) I restricted the "freedom" of the State DEP, who proposed to clearcut this gorgeous and unique forest because a tree had fallen and killed a camper! Again, your assumptions are all wrong.

I oppose all forms of censorship - I'm a free speech 1st A fundamentalist. I've worked to protect the public interest and am a menace to corporate power and corrupt politicians.

OK, Bill. "You" have done some stuff.

Let's say, that you were actually actively involved in the stuff, and people don't just say, "Call Bill, he will protest anything!"

Counting only those things that actually were finished. "Planned" doesn't matter. What were the unintended consequences? So, you removed the rights of a developer (miner, logger, home owner). Where did that entity spend its money? On worse projects? You do realize that those people don't just cease to exist.

On 1. Does the coal fired plant that produces the electricity now emit any Hg? Duh, of course it does. Does it emit more?

And go back to the original question. What have you done that actually matters?

Will those lovely sycamores be there next year?

Your list of "great works" does not support the smug superiority you show in your comments.
