Hate speech like destroys free speech, as we learned from the Nazi era. Repeating the lies of Hitler should not be tolerated. Free speech has to be protected from the hate speech which, if tolerated, destroys it. That is the lesson of history. However, when it comes to free speech, and the First Amendment, which governs what government can and cannot do, please take note, there there is no "hate speech" exception to the First Amendment.
