Did you read what you linked? It said misleading not false. I would say “safe and effective” is also misleading…
It’s not really a debatable point that the Omicron variant made the vaccines ineffectual.
“I have been diagnosed with COVID, but am happy to be vaccinated and boosted or my symptoms would be a lot worse.”
Also, fact-checkers have lost pretty much all credibility, IMO. An economist recently got fact-checked for claiming two consecutive negative quarters of GDP was a recession… I mean… the western world’s gone full-blown Orwell.
