Yesterday Blinken claimed that Israeli women were raped on Oct 7 during the attack by Hamas who have repeatedly denied that claim. If true certainly unacceptable, but I think we are going to see Blinken and his ilk retreat to the past in an attempt to avoid addressing the present and the ongoing genocide being committed by Israel. He was interviewed by John Tapper on CNN whom Blinken heaped a great deal of praise. Blinken claimed, "The atrocities that we saw on October 7 are almost beyond human description or beyond our capacity to digest. And we’ve talked about them before, but the sexual violence that we saw on October 7 is beyond anything that I’ve seen either.” You would think from his statement he was present during these rapes, or they have pictures to show they really happened despite Hamas's claims. I guess this unscrupulous ass hasn't seen any pictures, or discussed the carnage in Gaza, the genocide that is being perpetrated on a a people, or the six thousand dead children, and no doubt the thousands more buried under the rubble.

The West loves using lurid allegations of sexual violence to justify its wars.

Remember the tales of viagra and Libyan rape rooms, later retracted? The allegations of Russian soldiers raping children (but no victims could be found)?

Meanwhile, the CIA itself was giving Afghan warlords viagra, the better to rape little boys.

The Australian prime minister of the time told us of Saddam's People Shredding Machines to justify an Iraq invasion. Sounded like a Roald Dahl story time invention to me. Or Dr. Seuss.

Interesting that all the female hostages didn't claim they were raped, but said they were treated well.

"Their bodies tell their stories. They’re not alive to speak for themselves.

NBC News has reviewed evidence that suggests dozens of Israeli women were raped, sexually abused or mutilated during the Oct. 7 Hamas terror attacks."

I'm sure to divert attention away from the carnage in Gaza these have become the new headlines. I guess the dead babies are next.
