Such method are - philosophical logic (both formal and informal), critical thinking, statistics and probability, methodologies such as the scientific methodology (which is always evolving and becoming more robust), evidence-based reasoning, research and empirical analysis, and more.
Some other skills needed to arrive at the truth → intellectual honesty, a willingness to be wrong, a separation of one’s ego from their beliefs, media literacy skills, skills in detecting propaganda, humility, integrity, skills in separating fact from fiction and recognizing false narratives.

Why are you afraid/unable to present the “evidence” you claim will “unravel” whatever “belief system” you accuse me of treasuring?
