Clearly—glaringly obviously—Biden is “unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office.” I shudder to think of Harris as Acting President, but, in fact, she already formally performed that duty on November 19, 2021 when Biden had a colonoscopy. The 25th Amendment is the remedy for a mentally enfeebled President. Does anyone actually believe that Biden can process the current complexity of the world situation, especially the current unprecedented risk of nuclear war, and make competent policy decisions?
