No children are being “mutilated” except children born intersex who doctors and parents feel they need to “correct” and most males in the US getting their foreskin removed without their consent as infants. Male babies are overwhelmingly circumcised in the US, I don’t see them consenting to that! Children are NOT having their parts “mutilated” because they’re trans. Very few trans adults even have bottom surgery due to the expense, pain and uncertainty, and if you have a problem with top surgery then you must have a problem with women getting breast enhancements or reductions, right? Bet not. Regardless, female children are not having top surgery. Any “gender mutilation” surgeries done on children at this point in time are due to health issues outside of gender related issues.
