The Israeli Zionists (and the Christian Zionists) and the supporters of Israel (mainly the U.S. Empire) purposely conflate Jews, Judaism, and Zionism. So if you really want to blame someone and point fingers at them, then maybe look to the people that are actually creating false narratives about Jews and Judaism? (i.e. these are the Zionists themselves that are seeking to shore up support for their vile ideology by blurring the distinctions between Jews, Judaism, and Zionism).
