Will these mass actions led to immediate success? No they won't and the second wave will need to be so massive and deadening that the societies begin to grind to a stop. That is when the servants of the Hegemon will be ordered to open fire on the peaceful masses Eventually After many hundreds of thousands of us have been killed there will be sickened resistance from the forces of the Hegemon .Then the tide may begin to turn.
